I took my 1997 Harley to this shop to get a significant amount of work done. They completed the work expertly, and in a timely manner. Costs were fair and reasonable. Jon and RC provided great advice. I will be taking all my bikes to Custom Cycle from now on. They have a great selection of parts as well.Highly recommend!

Well last time, we were satisfied in bringing our Harley Davidson to Custom Cycles, but this time were not happy because Mr. RC has different quote for the work needed to be done for our Harley, And when we went there it was Patrick and Mr. RC was not there. Patrick told us that He would get the bike inspected . But it was not . We called and asked Patrick why the bike was not inspected, He answered that it was not in the repair order . But when we dropped off the bike he told us that not to worry because he will have it inspected . And he said to bring the bike back when I called . Well we decide not to bring the bike back because he would have it inspected before we picked up the bike. What a disappointment.

Custom Cycles is an absolutely wonderful motorcycle shop. A truly great old school shop. RC is a Harley genius; John/Alias, Gordon, and all the staff are extremely helpful, very knowledgeable and super nice. These are people who know motorcycles; they are part of our community and they always help guide you in the best way possible. They have lots of old / used parts for sale as well as new stuff & all at great prices too. Nothing super fancy here so if you prefer a super fancy, giant showroom, overpriced shop, go get ripped off at your local Harley Dealership, they are always ready to take all your money.

Real great group of guys, you feel like family right away and theyre freaking honest!!!Brought in my chopper that had all its running lights cutting off while driving, would of been real easy for them to say it needs a rewire job and cost me a ton of money!! Instead Gordo kept looking where the short was until he found it and for much cheaper than what any dealership would of charged!!

Had my tires replaced by RC and his crew two weeks ago. I was cleaning the bike yesterday and found the rear caliper barely hanging by the rear bracket bolt which was totally loose, and the front one missing. UPDATE! RC saw this review and reached out to me, refunded $100 and apologized profusely. This issue improved the way Custom Cycles handle new jobs to improve quality and accountability.

Great mechanic. RC knows Harley Davidsons, especially older ones. I get all of my parts through him as his prices are fair and service is good.

Knowledgeable and helpful. Ive taken my 71 Harley there several times over the past couple of years and theyve always been easy to work with. These guys know their stuff and their prices are more than fair. No fancy showroom and there arent as many accessories to choose from, but this is the place to go for service on an old or new HD.

First let me say that (1) this review is for service I had done about a year ago, and (2) the folks at Custom Cycle were nice to deal with when talking to them.The reason I am giving a one star is simple. I dropped off the bike because it wasn’t starting properly. Every so often it would grind and sputter and not turn over. After a try or too it would. I’d even have smoke emit from the air filter. Explained all of this when I dropped it off and walked away. About a week later I went in to get the bike and was told they thought it was a bad battery...replaced the battery and called it good.The problem is still there.Couple weeks ago I brought it to Patriot HD for a service and they diagnosed it as a bad compensator sprocket...also said it was a common problem.Hence the one star. If it’s a common problem then why wasn’t it fixed (or even diagnosed) the first time? I get the feeling the ONLY thing Custom did to the bike was check/change battery...didn’t look at starter or anything else. Granted I was only out $100 so I’ll live, just kinda upsetting that I dropped it off expecting someone with knowledge to fix it but I don’t feel that’s the case.

The crew at Custom Cycles go out of their way to help you solve your own problems the safest, fastest, and most economic way. Whether it is rebuilding a transmission, replacing a clutch or clutch pads, a speedo cable, or just name it - they will give you technical assistance so that you can do it yourself, or advise you that it might be best to bring the bike in. A call ahead will confirm if the part you require is in stock - usually is - or if you need to wait a day to stop by. Unlike the Harley dealerships, these guys work on vintage and antique bikes - and they know their stuff. RC runs this shop with integrity, and treats his customers like family. Nuf said.

I had a fire at my house and lost everything including the passenger seat for my bike. Since the bike is my primary form of transportation, my son was riding on the fender so I called RC to see if he had something cheap. He said come by and after Patrick bolted it on I tried to pay him. RCs reponse was pay for what. I said the seat and he said what seat. Then he said why are you still in my shop.This is what bikers do for each other. Much respect, for RC and Patrick.

Ive taken my bike there more than once. The owner is a great man, and a good biker. He knew what my problem was after talking about if for 2 minutes; not by looking stuff up in some book. This man KNOWS Harleys. I brought my sporty there for the 25K check and an oil leak, and it was fixed right and fast! Yes, I will use thes guys again!
