Couldnt have gotten a better deal anywhere. I love in Florida ot was worth the ride to get my machine.

Bought 2 jet skis from them.One of the jet skis hose clamp came loose.Took the jet skis in to have them serviced and clamp repaired.After having the jet skis one month they only fixed the hose clamp.And said they did not have time to do the service work.They do not have the technicians to work on them.We had a very bad experience with them and will never go back.

Took our CF moto z force 500 with 60 miles on it to the bolivar location under warranty and they found lack of compression from the cylinder. This is a huge problem with the z force 500 as the factory air filter allows dust past it, we found this out after riding in Arkansas for one day. They covered it under warranty so we thought all would be well, after the first day back it would not run very well so we took it back, After picking it back up we drove it a few days and one morning it just cranked over with no start and it sounded like a sowing machine (no compression). After I had to figure out what the issue was we were then told to take it to the Springfield location because they had no techs. When dropping off the unit at the Springfield location we found the tech that worked on it at the bolivar location was injured and was temporary working parts at the Springfield location so I chatted with him about the situation and he assured me everything was correct. After chatting with him he said the timing chain tensioner failed allowing the timing to slip the last two times, so maybe the timing chain tensioner is bad. they repaired it and we picked it up and it seemed to run good but I thought it had excessive valve train noise but maybe it was just me over exaggerating it. fast forward about three months and 300 miles and the timing slipped again, I reset it and all was well for a week or so, just before a trip to the sand dunes, I didnt want my boy to be upset so I reset the timing again. we went on our trip for 3 days and all was good till we got back and I fired it up to take it off the trailer and boom the timing slipped again. Fortunately I purchased a brand new z force 500 2021 for my other boy from Marionville power sports so I pulled the valve cover off the new unit to compare the timing tensioner length of engagement, guess what on the new unit its engaged about half and on the problem unit it is maxed out allowing timing chain looseness and this explains why this has been happening. I called them about 3 weeks ago and guess what new managers! everywhere, wonder why! the manager I talked to said we cant cover that. If you put the wrong jug on you should!! I have called Pitbull left messages for Len the owner now will not return my phone calls. Ill give them one last chance to make it correct but I really doubt they will.the world has gone mad with lack of responsibility and the blame of the virus!

Been in on several occasions met with various salesman and I’ve always had a good experience. I shopped over the last six months looking for the right vehicle come to find out they’re very hard to get a hold of right now. Even amidst all of the struggles of finding units, the accessories I wanted, and the financing I need it they were extremely helpful and understanding of my needs. During this process they communicated with me frequently letting me know the status of what my vehicle was as well as when the parts would be there. They had to push my delivery time back a couple times due to issues with the manufacture but they were very good at ensuring I understood what was going on. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else.

Purchased two Sea Doo PWCs from Len and Scott at Pitbull on Sunshine and they couldnt have made the process easier ! Limited inventory and everyone scrambling for their craft before the season starts and the team at Pitbull helped us get what we were looking for. Quick, easy, and fair ! Cant wait to get our side by side from them this year !

I had 10,000 dollars worth of after market parts put on my side by side. They still don’t work. Wench won’t even pull my side by side in neutral without blowing fuses. They told me I can’t use the wench n my lights at the same time. This place is a rip off. I would never go back. Screw we’re missing the first time I had them work on it. I got me a used motorcycle here, I was told the bike was washed and in mint condition.I show up and the bike was dirty and had scratches.Nicholas was my salesman, was nice on the phone and was helpful with dealing on the bike..But when I get there to the dealer that I drove 6 hours to, he was no where.The guy that was putting all the bikes out and what not, was very cool tho.But the finance lady and Nicholas were not good to deal with in person.

This place is everything wrong with a business. Their customer service is a joke, they charge fees no one else does and their products are overpriced if they even have anything in stock. Dont bother using the website, nothing on there has anything to do with reality and if you need help no one will call you back. The owner and managers of this establishment can sincerely go screw themselves. Save yourself a lot of frustration and go somewhere else where they actually deserve your business.

Great experience working with Seth at Pitbull. I had my 2019 Sea Doos winterized this past weekend and was very impressed with the timeliness of the work. My appointment was at 9:30 and they were done by 11. This was a nice surprise since I dont live in the area and made a special trip to Springfield to have the work done. I had read great things about Pitbull on-line and now I see why. They are a top notch operation and care about their customers. I will definitely return for all of my future service needs. We previously purchased a new RT for the wife with a previous sale man that has since retired. Son purchased a side by side a few months ago. I go in today and received such poor customer service that we were shocked. No price, no interest in selling the bike, didnt ask if I wanted to test drive one, fill out the app for financing or anything. Just no sales service at all. Sad. Buck would have sold one today, but Ill never buy one for myself now. Stay with my 2016 Wing or stay with Honda.

We were traveling in Warsaw mo and ran over a metal part of a sign stub in the road Blew a tire and ruined a rim on our can am. Found pit bull in Springfield mo an they were so kind and helpful!!! Spoke with Travis in the service department. Very knowledgeable on seadoos and the pros and cons of different model years. He was willing to answer all of my questions knowing I was not going to buy a new ride from him. When I do find a used set I will definitely take it to Travis prior to buying for a service inspection.

We go to Pitbull Powersports for all our Can Am Spyder needs. We needed a new back tire today that they got installed in a timely manner! We drive almost 3 hours to do business with this particular dealer!

Terrible customer service. took almost 2 weeks to get a single in stock tire shipped. I called and talked to a guy that said hed get it out that week. i ended up having to call 3 times for them to finnaly ship it. plus the 42 inch tires measure out to 38.5. i dont think ill ever buy a pitbull product again.

They went above and beyond to help us get our 2004 Sea doo going as I pulled into the dealership with it on a Friday afternoon before a holiday weekend with no appointment. They took the time to help figure out what was wrong with it and even went so far to take a part off one of their machines so we would be up and running! We bought a new Sea doo from them last season which was a great experience also. Len truly cares that his customers are taken care of and has a very knowledgeable staff from Jason as a service writer to all the Techs in the shop, who worked hard as a team to fix our machine. I would highly recommend Pitbull Powersports!

Great Customer Service in-house and via phone. Stopped in during Spyderfest 2014 and everyone was very helpful even though the place was packed, service counter was rolling, got what I needed and out the door in less than 15 min. Called them the other day for a specialty item and was advised of what needed to be done for the DYS installation.

While attending the Spyderfest I brought down a broken bike that had been fixed by a dealer closer to my home. Paul, Jason, and their service techs figured out and corrected the problem at a very reasonable price And Im back rolling along! I also was able to pick up a couple of accessories for my Spyder.

Thursday morning I found that I had a problem with the belt on my Can-Am Spyder new F3, I called Pitbull Powersports and explained to them that the belt was wondering 3 sixteenths of an inch from left to right. I asked if I could bring it in and they could adjust it or see if there is another problem as we were on vacation here in the Branson area. He didnt really seem to care that we were traveling and having a problem and said he was about 2 weeks out before he could even look at it they were so busy, he asked if I bought the bike from them and I said no Im from Iowa and bought it at a local dealer up there, at this point the service managers demeanor changed and he was pretty sure that they were at least three to four weeks out but he might be able to work me in at 2 or 3 days. Any of the shops that Ive worked at or been to in other areas of the country they are very glad to get Travelers in and get them back on their way as soon as possible the same day even if you have to wait a few hours that would have been okay. At that point I had given up on Pitbull and would never ever recommend them to anybody, being in the Springfield area I called lamonster garage and he had me bring it in and fixed it immediately, thats the kind of service I would expect from a dealer on a bike that is in warranty. Pitbull will never get a recommendation from me and Im going to copy and paste this on the Can-Am website direct to the factory
