Brought my car in because the heat panel above my muffler fell off the fastener. They fixed it quickly and at a low charge. Highly recommend

This place is my go to for anything undercar repair. I have taken seven different vehicles to them, and always the work was done right and the price was way below anybody else. I keep going back because he stands behind his work:A couple of years ago, he did front end work on a 1 ton Dodge van, and 6 months later the van failed MA inspection. I brought it back to him, and he took care of the defective ball joint with no hassle.These days places like Roadrunner are few and far between. As long as he keeps his doors open, Im going to keep bringing him cars to fix.

We got a rejection sticker because of a muffler leak. We had never gone to Road Runner before, but our mechanic (Jeff at City Tire, Wilbraham) recommended them, so we gave them a try. The counter person was very kind and and knowledgeable. I know nothing about cars and they could have really taken me, but they only fixed what was needed, and completed the work fast. Very reasonable price. Just an FYI, they only take walk-ins (between 8 and 2, I think?), no appointments.

Honest and affordable. Most car repairs try to nickel and dime you, but that is not the case here. They not only informed me of what repairs I didnt need but also replaced my exhaust (minus the catalytic converter) for only 398. Did the whole job in under an hour too. - Made the process of helping me, help my mother repair her car, as painless as possible.

Upon a recommendation from some East Longmeadow friends drove up from CT to have my muffler and exhaust repaired. Estimate was way lower than I was expecting. Fast friendly service and they love German Shepards. One on site. I have found my new shop. Will ne back.

I heard about this place through family and friends. I decided to try them out when I was having problems with my exhaust. The customer service was excellent and honest. They were done in less than 2 hrs, with 2 cars ahead of me.The price was much less than I expected, and cheaper than what other places were charging. This place is great!

I just drove in and said I need a custom-made muffler on my Honda Odyssey 1995 and as you know this is very old so its hard to get the parts for .they were able to get it done within 2 hours and I was very pleased price wasnt too bad considering the age of car for eight hundred and something dollars .I highly recommend them the shop looks old but they are very good at what they do

I recently had an issue our 2005 buick lesabre. ..brought the car back to roadrunner it was all covered by the warranty. ..they went above and beyond in resolving the issue, .I like the way they do business customers first....I always recommend roadrunner to friends and family. ..The girl at the counter is an angel shell work with you and is always on point. .5 stars...roadrunner. .

Very pricey. I wouldnt really go back and the woman at the front desk was very rude. I treat people the way I want to be treated and the way she talked to me was uncalled for.

These guys didnt wanna screw with my existing muffler, or was brand new missing one pipe and he wanted to replace the whole thing. Seems unnecessary and more costly, but I could be wrong. There may be a reason outside of price gouging

I had my 2005 Durango manifold gaskets done there and they did a great job great customer service and the price was right wouldnt recommend going anywhere else.

They are bulshit I just need to get weld in my car. He wanna make money about he gave me wrong part to info about $700 . I got fix my car for $80 another place
