Absolute robbers. If you bring your printer in and put it on the counter, the owner charges $47.50 to LOOK at it to determine (1) whether or not he can fix it and, (2) if he thinks he can fix it, what the cost would be. In other words, he CHARGES for an estimate! If the estimate is higher than you want to pay, you STILL pay the $47.50. This is about as brazenly crooked as you can get without having the muzzle of a gun put into your face. Steer clear of this outfit with sharp business practices specializing in price gouging. No one with such a business policy should be trusted . . . ever!
