Ive been using Redundant Cartridge for several years. The savings are too significant to ignore as any business owner knows you have to keep overhead low. In addition to savings in dollars, they deliver the cartridges right to my door same or next day which saves me valuable time. Ebay or Amazon takes a week to ship to me and when my printer runs out of ink in the middle of a project I cant wait a week to get going again. Purchasing extra ink ties up money and the cartridges can go bad sitting on a shelf waiting to be used so having a low price stocking distributor that delivers quickly is the way to go. I put off trying ink refills for a long time, wasnt sure about quality. Gave them a try and got about approximately 45-50 pages out of the cartridge they sold me. Then my printer said I was out of ink.I took it back and they said sometimes different printers will misread the chip in the refilled cartridge. When I asked for an exchange or refund the clerk told me no one was around to authorize such a exchange. From there on it was bla bla bla. As a business owner myself my # 2 rule of thumb is treat your customers good or you will have none. Needless to say buyer beware when using refilled ink cartridges. They lost me.
