My husbands power cord stopped working on his CPAP. We were told that is common, yet they did not have any replacement, nor mentioned trying to see if the machine was still under warranty, which it was. As we were realizing, we needed to order a power cord, she asked if we wanted her to make the call, then said that we may be able to have it shipped over-night. When asked if she had a loaner machine, there was no concern that my husband would be without the machine until the power cord arrived. No concern at all!
