I can’t say enough good things about this place. The new owner Daniel is such a great guy, he cares so much about his customers and he is hands on, working alongside his guys. I had a bumper and mirror painted here after my car got damaged during shipping and it looks better than it did before, their attention to detail is perfect. He even came to my house to install the mirror because it wasn’t done drying when I picked up the car. If you need any auto body work done this is the place to go.

Great service and fair prices.

Very dishonest salesmen. We bought a 2007 Honda Accord here a couple years ago and Josh said that the car had been in no accidents. Our car has been in and out of the shop constantly since 2 months after we bought it, with electrical failure, tubes that had been slashed, and parts needing multiple replacements. We put $3000 into it (not including tires, oils changes, and other regular maintenance). We couldnt keep taking it to the shop so we took it to a dealer to attempt to trade it in for a better car. The dealer printed off 2 accident reports through car fax that we were unaware of since the salesman, Josh, told us that the car had been in 0 accidents. After reading the the accident reports we come to find out that in 1 accident our honda rear ended another car and got rear ended at the same time. The other accident was the honda rear ending another car. These accidents where only 6 months apart. We now know why our car had tubes that we slashed and why our car has had problem after problem.

One thing I have always appreciated is their no nonsense approach to quoting fair ethical prices and not trying to gouge me or my insurance unnecessarily. The owner, Billy is very difficult to work with. He was irrational and dismissive to our concerns. It was awful customer service. Me and my family will never refer someone to this place because it has dishonest salesmen and is run by a terribly rude man who doesn’t take the time to listen to customers.

Highly recommend Art City Auto Body! Great shop with awesome people. Not only were they very friendly, but professional and did a fantastic job on my 1967 Cougar. Easy to work with and go above and beyond. I had someone chip my paint on the quarter panel before another individual backed into the same panel. Other shops said they could only do the section that was damaged and would have to bill me separate on the chip. Even though it was on the same panel! I didn’t ask, but when I got my car back the entire panel was done! I’ll be bringing my other vehicles here!! Thank you!!

I has new to town and had inherited a totaled car from my ex. I knew it was actually a very reliable and good gas mileage car, so decided I would be better off to repair it than buy someones used junker. I just needed wheels, not a car payment. These guys were AMAZING and great in every way! I asked them to just patch it together, and make it go. Thats not how they work. As described by so many other customers, they go the second and third mile, making your vehicle better than before its (in my case) up close and personal encounter with a deer, or whatever. They fixed blemishes that I didnt ask to have fixed, without charging me over the original quote (which by the way, was an incredibly reasonable price for what they did). I think they just cant stand to see anything leave their shop in less than perfect shape. I will absolutely come back and highly recommend them!

We had one of their painters come to our shop and he gave us a quote for paint and bodywork on one of our vehicles. When we dropped the vehicle off they called us and changed the quote to be 50% more than they had originally quoted. The painter man who gave us the quote and the other workers that were there when the vehicle was dropped off didnt say anything to us but had the secretary come out and proceed to blame us for not having good enough lighting in our shop for the painter to have done a proper quote. They treated us terribly and will try to get as much money from you as possible.

Havent done business with them yet... Still waiting for my body kit from another company I came in super early and the guy was awesome! Even recommended a place that could do a paintless dent repair for super cheap. Which they could have charged me an arm and leg for if they wanted. Ill be in as soon as I get my body kit for the rest of the work.

I am new to Mapleton... so I was a little worried when my car needed massive work after my daughter crashed it. I didnt know who to call... my insurance agent suggested Art City Auto Body & Sales. I drove the car in wondering if I would ever drive it again -- much to my pleasant surprise when I picket it up -- it is far better than it was before! They even detailed the vehicle -- impressive! These guys are the best! I brought my car in to get the roof repainted because the clear coat had been cracking really bad and I had a small spot that was starting to rust in the center of the roof. They gave me a quote and were able to start on the car the next day. After they peeled the paint back, they saw that the rust was considerably worse than it had appeared to be when they looked at the car. They took care of all of it and the car looks as good as new, and even better than that, they stood by the number that they quoted me to begin with! Even though it turned out to be a lot more labor intensive than it appeared to be at the beginning. And, on top of that, they touched up a lot of rock chips on the hood of the car for free. I will definitely be going back! You cant go wrong with these guys.

Last week I got my 1993 Eagle Talon back from Art City after doing a full paint job. When I dropped the car off it was in bad shape all the way around, such as clear coat peeling off and rust on the roof. The guys down there worked really hard to get it looking like new. On Sunday I entered it into a Import car show and had several people ask me if it had been in storage since it was new and if the paint was factory. I would recommend them to anyone.

I had been to this autobody shop previous and these guys treated me much better than the others I had quote me to repair a few small things. So when our car that we cared so much about was wrecked into I took it straight to them. They are way better at customer service than the other places I visited. The car looked better than it did before it was wrecked. I cant say enough good things about them. Stop looking around and just take your vehicle to Art City, you wont be disappointed

I took my old pick up truck down to have the door hinges fixed. Not only was I explained options to keep costs down, but when I picked the truck up later that day, the door worked perfectly and they had fixed some interior trim at no additional cost.

Hands down the best auto body shop Ive ever heard of and have been to. First of all I brought my Toyota Highlander in for a quote. My son damaged the front bumper. I am planning on paying for this myself. I walk into the front doors and the owner Billy is having a conversation with another customer. Telling him what he can and will do for that customer. I was blown away by the knowledge and confidence he had while helping that customer. As he was putting info away for this guy, the customer turns to me and says, You cant go wrong here. These guys are the best.Billy walks out with me to inspect my car. Not even 5 seconds in to his inspection hes blurts out a price. I dont believe my ears. He quotes me almost half of what the nearest quote was. So we set an appointment for 2 days later. I tell Billy I need the car that same day. He says that it wouldnt be a problem if I brought it in first thing that morning. So I bring it in at 8:00am. I need a ride to work. Dale drove me back to work. We had a blast on the way to work. What an awesome dude that Dale was. I got a call @ 2:30pm from Billy saying that my car was ready. I went to pick it up and it was all cleaned and looking beautiful. The price was also beautiful.
