I bought a car out of state and needed to have it shipped to Utah. I called the owner and asked him if he knew of a company that would transport the car. He suggested one and then surprisingly offered to let me drop the car off at his lot for no charge. I asked him why and he said that most transport companies will drop off to a business/dealership but not to a home/residence. Sure enough the paperwork from the transport company listed the preference of dropping off at a business/car dealership. I was able to talk them into dropping it off at my home instead but I thought it was really nice of the owner to offer to help me out with nothing to gain. I also looked at a few trucks and he suggested I hold off on the truck until I found and purchased my trailer. He was not pushy and he was very up front. I really liked this owner and business. I will go back after I have bought my trailer.

Friendly sales staff, low pressure, but I felt like their prices were all unusually high. I figured they only bought and sold top quality used cars or something, until the salesman literally said you will notice that our prices are a bit different here, thats because we specialize in reclaimed title sales, so our prices may be surprisingly low. I about laughed in his face. I had just driven an almost identical Honda Pilot with slightly fewer miles and a clean title in Springville earlier that morning for $2500 less than what Driven was asking for. Been looking at Pilots for 6+ months and the ones at Driven we all $2000 to $3000 more than the rest of northern Utah. Nice, friendly staff, but you gotta be kidding me.
