I cant say enough good. 500 miles into our 5,000 mile road trip we found a problem with a tire. We were only in the area 1 day. I called first thing in the morning and McKay quoted me a reasonable price for 4 tires and said they would do it in 45 minutes. We got there and were taken care of immediately. They were wrong though... It took 30 minutes! There a lot of scammers out there that will take advantage of someone traveling so I appreciate the honesty and good service. Thank you!!

First time customer at Big O, I came in to get a tire patched. I was expecting to be there about an hour (from previous experiences at other places). I was told it would be ready in about 30-40 minutes.Long story short, I was out in about 15 minutes. Which I was very grateful for having 2 kids with me.They have gained a lifetime customer.

The Springville Big O is hands down the best auto service center I’ve ever experienced! Their service is friendly, honest and fast!!!! I have been religiously going there for over 6 years and they haven’t failed me yet!!! Today we had a flat tire and an extremely important meeting to be at; I called them frantic and calling me by first name said (amazing customer service), “Lorie don’t worry bring it in, we will have you out in time to make your meeting!” And they did!!! Aaron and McKay are hands down the best and should be promoted in a huge way!!!

I rarely post reviews, but they deserve it... I had a nail in a tire. They removed it, plugged the hole, put the tire back on, and replaced the spare...all for free. I tried twice to pay them and they said no. I was caught off guard by their kindness. Youve earned my business moving forward. Thank you very much!

Went in to get two tires replaced and an oil change. Was told by Aaron that it would only be an hour, I asked if it was busy and he replied no. At 1 1/2 hours I finally went and asked how much longer and they hadn’t even started the oil change. I’m sure they do good work but the time management has been pretty poor.

The best service I’ve had. The staff up front literally waited outside for me after they closed to give me my key after repairing a flat and rotating my tires and was genuinely happy to serve and help his customers. They were very fast getting me in, I tried 5 other business for a tire alignment and they were all days out. They got my car in the shop in 5 min. They showed me pictures of before and after tire alignment! I highly recommend them. Also the guy who helped me was very helpful and good to talk with.

If I could leave less stars- I would. Super unimpressed.Short Review: Tires fine, any mechanical work- AVOID AT ALL COSTS- or it will COST you a lot more time and money then you ever planned.Fine for tires, but beware if you are getting any other work done! Friendly upfront, but a nightmare to work with if you are trying to actually question any of the work they do. We bought new tires in December and ended up replacing ball joints and while they were down there we figured we would have them do our front breaks. Yay- our car should be ALL good to go for a while right? WRONG!!!Two weeks later our suburban started acting strange so we had it towed in. They swore up and down it was a front differential that needed to be replace for $$$. We called around a couple different places for a second opinion. Even the place they referred to to get the part questioned if that was really the problem. Our regular mechanic suggested we have them check to see if they may have over torqued the ball joints. Big-Os reply- Its the front differential. Would not even take the time to look at any of the other possibilities. We did not feel that they even would consider other anything else. I felt like for the $ we had just spent on their service, the least they could do would give us the peace of mind by investigating.The next day we limped the car into the nearest mechanic to our home for them to check and IT WAS A BROKEN AXEL? Im not a car expert, but that one seems like something that should have been able to be spotted. Got it repaired and the problem went away.Fast forward to May- so 5 months, less then 4,000 miles and our front brakes are HORRIBLE. We are afraid they have worn through to the rotors. Called Big-O about them and they dodge the issue and claiming it must be some other issue, not their shoddy work. They told us we could go see another Big-0, but upon calling another store, you have to use the one you had the work done at- which Im sure they know. My husband does not even want them to look at it because their work and customer service are so bad. Anyway- thanks for reading this rant. Hoping its therapeutic. Thinking well have to eat the $1000+ of money in repairs to fix the work that we had already had done, plus the damages from the poor work.We worked with Aaron and Clint personally and would hope that the owner would look into better customer service in the future. They have 100% lost us as customers.

Pulled on with a nail in my trailer tire.The guys at Big O were happy to help. That is the way it is supposed to be right?They fixed the tire and we were done on 30 mins. Sooo much better than my tire experience a few days ago on Heber.

Revised 4/26/20, Completion of AgreementLong story short 3 out of 4 wheels damaged, They admitted to it, and didnt want to do anything at 1st that I was willing to agree with. It took 2 weeks to come to an agreement and complete. I was about to take legal action when we came to an agreement. Calling the corporate # was useless, Waited 2 weeks never heard back from either. I went back to store and Co-owners attitude improved greatly! Wheel damage is from impact guns and or wheel balance machine and using wrong tools to pry weights off, all causing damage to 3 out of 4 wheels. This is only 2nd rotation and balance Ive ever had done on my truck. I was able to get factory take-offs now that we have settled dispute. Glad no legal action was required. I would of given review 2.5 stars, but Google doesnt do Halves. So Im being nice and giving 3 out of 5. My rating will change if future visits are better or worse.

Had to get a spare tire fixed, we went inside and gave the tire to the man at the desk and in the amount of time it took us to pay for the tire it was already mounted and balanced and back in our truck. We were there in less than 10 minutes it was amazing

We have always been treated great at BIG O...Customer service FANTASTIC! 5:30pm we had a blowout on our 5th wheel on the freeway. Called and they a full set to replace ours. Pulled in and we felt like royalty. It was like a Nascar pit stop. 4 guys came out and we were back on the road in minutes. Thanks to Eddie and the crew!

Good people! They were able to squeeze me in to fix a flat tire while I was on my way through town, towing a tent trailer. They would not accept payment for their service! I will definitely refer friends and family to this great shop!

Holy cow, five stars. Super nice staff, clean, I have never bought tires from these guys ever before, but had a puncture and the place that normally does my tires is closed for covid.Popped in, let them know I had a tire puncture and they took care of it in 25 minutes despite looking quite busy at the time, and then when I tried to pay him he wouldnt take it. Just wanted me to use them next time I had a tire need.These are my new tire people.

These guys are so great to take care of your car problems. Meet and greet you outside. They have done several repairs, tire changes as needed, oil changes, batteries, etc. They always get me in and out quickly. Keep an eye on my car for things that may or should be done. They are the best and never feel like Ive been gouged price wise. High Five to Springville Big O.

My car was fine with no leaks at all before taking it in there. Just needed new breaks. While they were putting on new break pads the rack and pinion seal on the car suddenly broke and power steering fluid started gushing out then they quoted me $1800 to fix it. Never going there again.

Yesterday one on the valves on my truck cracked while I was towing and losing air fast. I stopped at this location and they got my truck in Immediately and back on the road a few minutes later. The customer service was great and the employee that help me was nice to work with.

On a recent road trip I was having tire trouble and stopped here randomly. I had driven close to 3K miles and my car was vibrating.I had last three lug nuts on two tires and could have lost a tire. They replaced them and tightened them all for free and sent me on my way. I was in and out in 20 minutes!!Unbelievably Great Service and Kindness!! If ever I’m in the area again I’ll be back!

The service and pricing was good... til I tried to leave. They drained my battery and required that someone from there jumped my car so I could leave... even worse now my battery won’t start unless it’s jumped. Apparently the mechanics leave your car on and in neutral. Why?! No idea. But thanks for being a Big O headache. Will no longer come to get my tires from here or do any other repairs or maintenance.

Im not a fan of Big O from past experiences in the Orem shops, but these guys were great. They rotated my wifes tires for a very fair price, and were friendly. This was the first Big O I went to where they didnt make up lies to make a sale. I will definitely return on a regular basis.

We picked up a nail in our tire, and realized we had a flat two minutes before their normal closing time. We happened to be just a block away. Ive had three of dissatisfying experiences with their work, even on a simple oil change, so I cant recommend them. The last 2 convinced me of that. I had an alignment done that had to be fixed the same day I got my car back, and that fix lasted 3 months (and then its out of warranty). They left a lose oil filter once, my car was leaking oil for days and they couldnt tell me why, they were 100% certain it wasnt my vehicle (but one of the guys did manage to infer that someone else must be parking in my spot in my driveway). Outside of that guy everyone has been very polite, but their work has left me wishing for better.

Big O Tires in Springville are simply the best. They have awesome customer service and great deals. Before I walked in the door they greeted me outside got my info and next thing you know my car is in the garage. Fast, friendly with a phenomenal staff.

I have been to this location many times now and have been happy each time. It started with replacing some tires a couple years ago and have since had them do other mechanical work as well. I had a trailer tire bust a stem that put a big dent in my plans for the day. I had to remove the tire and take it all the way in to Big O to get the stem replaced. These guys did me a solid by getting me in and out of there FAST without putting a big dent in my wallet. This is the definition of good customer service. I will definitely be back for my next set of tires if this is the service I can to look forward to.

I went to jiffy lube recently for my oil change. They told me I needed to change my rear breaks due to being in the dangerous level zone. I decided to bring my car to Big O Tires instead to have them replaced. They looked at them, told me they still have 80% life left. Saved me $180 dollars! Thank you so much!

Got a solid deal on KO2s for my 4Runner although they tried to sell me on in house brand tires, probably because of commission. Always super prompt and friendly for tire rotations, will probably go to them when I need a new set.

Well, thanks to UHP not cleaning up debris on I 15, I got the chance to meet Clint at Big O in Springville. I was on my way down South and came in contact with a massive rock on the highway that crushed my rim, destroyed my hub cap, and ripped a massive hole in my tire. They were very busy, but they were able to fix my rim and put a new tire on within 25 minutes so I could get back on the road. Thank you!

Big O has always taken care of me getting new tires or rotating them. I was up for tire rotation and didnt know I had a nail in tire. They took care of it and got me on my way.

Friday evening I noticed my car was indicating low tire pressure. There wasnt any way to determine which tire had the problem and I had a full day on Saturday. Finding that Big O opened at 7AM, I was able to take the car in early. They quickly found a nail embedded in my back tire and had it fixed within 30 minutes. What a relief!@

They Advertise the lowest prices this is a lie. Ive called a few times to price match and they are always one of the higher prices tires. The reason I gave it a 2 star instead if 1 is because the service was nice. I wouldnt but my tires here however.

I usually go somewhere else to get my oil changed and tires serviced but the were super busy and short-handed so I decided to try Big O Tires. They were wonderful. It was very affordable and they were extremely honest and not pushy at all.

I’ve been going here for years, and I love this place BECAUSE:-Never once have I felt pressured into buying something I didn’t need-Multiple times they’ve taken a look at a small problem and fixed it without wanting to charge me anything-The staff is always very courteous and get things moved along quicklyIn my most recent visit, they diagnosed a check engine light for free, and then suggested I call a dealership to see if they’d fix it for free as my car was likely still under warranty. It would have been super easy for them to recommend fixing it at Big O and make some money, but they didn’t—they thought about the customer first. Awesome.

I took my car over to Big O to have the front tires replaced and my oil changed. Clint called me and explained to me that my front control arm bushings were bad. They did a great job and had my car back to me in only a couple hours. They care about their customers and do great work. Would highly recommend.

Big-O has consistent and quality service with friendly staff. My family and I have worked with Clint for several years now. He is really good to work with. If he isnt their the rest of the staff is also really great to work with.
