Always nice but the line is always long. not really their fault, its more the fact that the govt. should do more stuff about peoples health problems. instead of dropping billions on the military to shoot their fancy guns lol

The people there are fine, but this is a Walmart. And it has very walmart brand problems. I very consistently get told that they have my medication in stock, but by the time I get there its gone. I cant recommend it, but its pretty much my only option.

I had a terrible experience trying to get Accutane filled here. It took 3 days, multiple calls and visits and it just wasnt worth the hassle. I ended up having it transferred to Costco and filled in 30 min. for a much cheaper price. From now on Ill go to Costco.

They are my favorite they are cheap, fast and friendly.

The Springville pharmacists and technicians have been amazingly helpful! They have patiently answered my questions and consistency have my medications ready. They have even helped me find discounts!

5:55 PM on a Sunday evening and my husband was on his way to pick up a prescription I HAD to have THAT night. I called and they were kind and willing to wait for him to arrive (even though they close at 6 and were probably all anxious to get home) so we were able to get it. You saved the day! Thank you!!

So not impressed with this pharmacy. I moved here about a month ago, and I came to pick up a refill on a prescription. They told me they didnt have one and to go to the drop off. Not helpful. Not customer service oriented at all. Im so sad after coming from an AMAZING hometown pharmacy. I left even though I was out of the medicine. I dont think I will ever go back.

The staff have gone above and beyond on more than one occasion for me. I travel to this Wal-Mart pharmacy from Provo instead of using one closer to home. These guys are awesome!

What a joke!! My husband was almost killed in a motorcycle accident 2 weeks ago. His surgeon called in a rx and the pharmacist just wrote it down and never entered it so after waiting an hour to go get it Im told theres no rx. So I called the dr back to tell him I was told about how there is no rx thereSo he called them back and then called me and told me what they did and that they are fixing it but it will be 45 mins because there are people ahead of his rx... umm you sat on his rx and didnt fill it for an hour. He has plates in his face, broken ribs, and both wrists broken!! So now it will be a total of 2 hours waiting for them to do their job that should have already been done.

Do not print professional pictures at this walmart. i need to have pictures printed for my wedding reception and AFTER i had printed them, they said that i needed permission from the photographer to have them released to me. SO STUPID!

If I could give 0 I would. Seriously the worst experience I have ever had with a pharmacy.

These are the dumbest people in this planet plz no one should ever go here they suck so bad.. they gave me the wrong prescription and they wouldnt give me my money back .. so now Im 56 dollar down

They had me pay and they filled my perscription and did not put it in the bag.. and then they were closed when I went back.

It took standing in line twice for 30 minutes each. I finally had to sit down. Then they billed the insurance incorrectly. It should not take 1 1-2 hours to fill a prescription. The sorry for the delay was anti-climatic.
