Freeway Fencing installed our neighbors fence which looked great! I called them along with two other companies for an estimate. One company didnt call for an estimate for over a week, and the other companys price was much higher. The estimator came when he was scheduled and the next day I had the estimate including a drawing of what I had asked for in the estimate. Every contractor in the state is busy now so I knew I would have to wait to have my fence installed but they showed up when they said they would. The installation crew was great to work with and very polite and kind. The fence was installed as I had requested and me and my wife are very happy with the out come. I would highly recommend Freeway Fencing to anyone looking to have a fence installed.

Good experience using Freeway Fencing. We did a lot of research and got a lot of quotes for our fencing and these guys came in at the best value and delivered. Colton was a great salesperson and Mitchell (with a co-worker I never got the name of) did a great job installing the fence as well as being courteous on site. The job was clean and required little to no clean up on our part.Definitely would recommend, 5-star experience working with Colton and Mitchell.

Edit: To clarify, I understand it is in your contract. The fact that you hit it, left the broken pieces all over my lawn in fact shows that you knew you hit it. You could at minimum told me instead of me finding it out like a surprise. Horrible company, will work with another provider for future fencing needs and recommendations to friends/companies.Told installers to not hit specific pipe where they were digging.They did and even left the chunk out of the ground.Called and freeway fencing refused to come and fix, even though they were very aware of what they did.

I would not recommend using this company for your fencing needs. We were on their schedule for the beginning of June since April and it took them 3 or 4 days to put all of the posts in. They never seemed to work a full day and were only here for a couple hours at a time. They always seemed to leave a mess as well each time they left. One person on the crew was always holding a cigarette the whole time he worked. After the posts were installed they finally came and installed the panels, which also took place over a few days. Once they were done is when you could really notice how bad of a job they did. The fence doesnt seem to be level all the way around, and there is one panel that is 1 1/2 feet off the ground leaving a big gap for our dog to be able to get under. They also installed the latch for the gate and then at some point the same day they returned and switched the latch to the other side of the gate leaving holes in our brand new gate. Also while installing the gate they broke one of our sprinkler pipes leaving a huge watery mess for us to deal with once we got our sprinklers turned back on. Our fence wasnt completed until the very beginning of July even though we were told our materials were already here and we were on their schedule. Overall we are very unhappy with our fence and the experience that we had with the crew that installed it. I would recommend using a different company to install your fence.

Freeway Fencing installed fencing in my yard that is against city codes. When the problem was brought to their attention, Kirk blamed us and hung up. They said they will only fix it if I pay for the repair and new parts even though it was their mistake. I would highly recommend using a different company to install fencing as they do NOT abide by city codes.

I had Freeway fencing install a fence for me they clearly were instructed where to put the fence, after the installation my son went around the back of the new fence and it’s off my property line 6 feet ! It’s clear where my property line is, and there’s also sprinkler heads ! That are on my property, I don’t understand how no one could have noticed this ! I also had to buy new outdoor lights for my garage because the gate hit the one ! I called Freeway fence and told them how far off the fence is, but apparently it’s not their fault .. So now I get to hire someone else to move the fence where it should have been installed to begin with !

I just called to get a quote and they were horrible! I would not suggest them!

Even though other companies were booked out three or four months, Freeway Fencing said they could install the new gate sooner. I was worried it was too good to be true, but true to their word they had the gate installed within the time frame we were hoping for and at a better price than any of the other quotes we got! Lack of Professionalism and extremely Poorly Customer service, when you place an order theyll tell you a lead time, but when you call to arrange a pick up they ironically will tell you that it will take 10 more days and they will call you after!!!!

Kudos to the guys at Freeway Propane who fixed the broken LP gas line on my RV! Even though it wasnt the type of job they usually handle, they assessed the problem and came up with a good fix in less than an hour. Great work! Ill be back!

Everything about my experience working with this company was way above my expectations. The professionalism from the very beginning set them apart. Their bid was competitive to the three other bids I received but the workers set this company apart. They allowed me to schedule months in advance and worked with me on adjusting the timeline as needed to ensure my other projects were completed prior to install. Any time had a question or concern they responded quickly and were always very helpful. All of this happened before the fence was even installed. So I had high expectations going into the install. Somehow they managed to exceed this, they were transparent throughout the entire process. Now that the fence is in and I have had a chance to inspect everything. The quality is great! I am beyond happy with my experience and would recommend this company to anyone looking for a fence!

I just had Freeway Fence put an iron fence around my new house. They did a fantastic job! The new house had some rocks & trees in the yard and I was wondering if they could even get the fence installed with all the barriers. They got it installed and it looks incredible. Im sure it was a lot of work but it looks great and they did a great job!

Filled up two propane tanks during their 4th of July sale (on July 2nd). One tank was old so they did a quick leak/safety check for $2. Took just a couple minutes to check the tank and fill both tanks and employees were helpful and friendly.

They are way too hard to do business with. I had to fix a regulator for my propane tanks and I had three different people tell me three different things about how to fix it. One of the people told me they couldnt even do it before another person did it. Another time I was requesting information about securing propane tanks to a trailer and it took me 10 minutes on the phone to get my question answered (which was that they couldnt help) because the person kept wanting to tell me how my propane tanks would not be sufficient for the heaters I was trying to run even though I am currently running the same system successfully. The last time I wanted to get propane tanks and they told me on the phone that they would be $150 per tank like is listed on their website, but then they charged me $175 per tank in the store and said they wont sell them unless they are full of propane which doesnt work because I had no way to transport them. Had they told me they would be full of propane on the phone I could have brought my trailer. Way too hard to work with. Again, I will be having to go to Home Depot to get what I need.

Freeway Fencing repaired my fence gate. They did a great job. They used some of the existing gate materials, which they gave me credit for on the final bill. They are honest and their work was excellent! I highly recommend them for any type of fence work you need done.

After hours of frustration from other RV propane fillers in other Utah cities, BJ at Freeway Propane recognized immediately we were missing a $2 gasket!. Love these guys and we are back on the road within 10 minutes!

Run away from this company - as far and as fast as you can. I put 50% down in early July for them to come out and replace my fence gate, and was told someone would be reaching out to schedule. After 10 days of silence, I reached out to them, and was told we were on the schedule for August 2nd, but that well do it way before then because you are a small job and we fit those in earlier. Contacted them again at the end of July to confirm as we hadnt seen or heard form anyone since, and was told that they were now 6 weeks out at a minimum. What a joke! After my wife messaged them to complain, they even ENCOURAGED her to call and cancel the job if she was so unhappy. So I did just that - I called to cancel and Kurt (not sure of his role) was incredibly rude and talking over me as I was explaining the reason for my call and rather than apologizing, simply said Whatever. Card number? . They are rude, unprofessional and disorganized and not a company I would EVER want to do any business with. Cancelled the job. Id give them a zero star rating if Google would let me.

The people here are great and very helpful. Best propane prices in the valley. Be sure to get their discount card (costs little) if you use a lot if propane.

I live in Springville, and Ill pass up several Propane Exchange locations to get to Freeway Propane. I can fill up two BBQ propane tanks for less then the price of one exchange at any other nearby location. They are always friendly, fast, and well priced. They will also re-certify tanks that are past their DOT date for cheap. If you need any propane or propane accessories I highly recommend Freeway Propane (aka Freeway Fencing).

Just terrible service. After they left my fence was plastered with mud. My house has cement on my stucco. The grates over my Window wells have mud/cement on it. My plants are smashed I won’t even start on my rock bed with dirt all over them. Really wish they had more pride in there work. Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Please run the other way.

I got a fence!Price was cheaper than others, I went with freeway based on some friend reviews. Prep work and cleanup is less than quality. And I had to ask twice about cleaning up around the holes and concrete spray and splatter. Their done and Im still cleaning my fence.If you not in a hurry to have your fence done, I had to wait to months. Once they are on site it was ok speed since they only work half days I guess. (Never on site before 10am) And you okay with (almost clean) these guys (well 1 guy and some kids, and then two other guys to set panel) do a great job of installing a quality fence.

Best price and service around. Watch the website because they announce specials that are worth the drive. I have had them make a few different propane hoses and custom fittings for my RV and find you cant beat the price. Every time they have a 99 cent a gallon special I tell everyone at my work!

My mother in laws sprinkler has been broken for a decent length of time and we’ve given them multiple chances to come and fix it. Personally I think this is an issue and a large flaw in the company.

Actually had to go here for some propane work. They sell propane as well as fencing. I had some outdated bottles I needed to get recertified, and they were great about doing the work in a timely manner, at a fair price, even on a busy Saturday.

Im sure the fencing part of this company is great, but if you are looking for propane, dont waste your time with this place because they are a joke.Awful customer service, they pull money from our account without authorization, then schedule a time to come fill our tank and just wont show up all together until we call to ask whats going on. Then we get the run-around about how its never their fault. Needless to say we are sick of being charged and overcharged while reminding this company to do their job & getting nothing but more lies and empty promises when we make a complaint about the awful service.Theyve even gone so far as to tell us tough luck basically when we suggest we may go to another company, because they own the tank. They seem to think that switching out tanks to switch companies is too much of a hassle for most people but thats where we are at because of the awful experiences weve had with this company. Purchasing a new tank is a small price to pay for reliable and timely customer service. Especially to ensure that my children have heat, since they have failed to refill our tank at a time that THEY scheduled, our home was without heat or hot water on multiple occasions because of failures on their end.

Needed to replace a small section of vinyl fence that had a hole in it so I took the broken section to freeway fencing. Not only did they quickly find a matching part to replace it, they even cut it exactly to size!

They broke a sprinkler line while installing some vinyl at my mothers place and have promised they’d be ‘right out to repair it’. Only about 15 times over now. Still waiting for this to be fixed.update- they claimed they took care of this. when they did come and fix the broken sprinkler line they broke another line next to it in the same trench by using a hacksaw to cut the first one. This was another fiasco and i finally fixed it myself.
