Gary at Precision has been great to work with. We have very complicated projects with short time frames. Precision has completed a number of projects for us. When there has been an issue they have been quick to resolve any problem. The quality has been excellent. We will continue to use Precision for our custom doors and moldings. Do not use them!!!!! I contracted them to supply and install my custom doors in my basement. Not one of the doors were the correct height. One door was over an inch too narrow (had to be replaced). Their installers were terrible. Doors self-close/self open, due to improper install. When they realized their mistake, they supplied me with extra wood to “correct it myself” I had to finish 80% of the install myself. I have personally been in construction for over 30 years and I’ve never worked with a weaker, subpar contractor ever. Do yourself a favor and seek business elsewhere!!
