Been going here for a couple of years now and every time I always have an employee stop by and ask me if i need help within the first 5 minutes of walking in. They are thorough when they provide customer service and make sure all of my needs are met (i.e. down to going outside and switching my wind shield wipers for me). If they dont have what I need, they are quick to provide me with alternative options to choose from. Shout out to the employee with the tribal tattoos on his right arm. He is respectful and has great communication skills. Definitely make this your local auto shop store!
The people that work at autozone are amazing. They know the name of my part I needed for my vehicle. As I described it but they figured me out and got me exactly what I needed. Thanks yall for always being there to help someone. I appreciate it very much

The people there were really helpful in finding the correct car battery that I needed. Thankfully I was able to get my car their, but wasnt able to borrow tools to fix the battery. Had to get a friend to come out with tools to help.

Horrible experience here at the Stafford location. I can from work to buy a spray can. Went back to work to find out the cap was defected. I went right back to AutoZone to exchange it, went back to work, only to find out the color was not correct. I went right back to AutoZone for the 3rd time! (Losing work time/money and gas) I explained to them the situation and I asked if there was any way they could compensate me for all the inconvenience. The main manger Cinthia D. told me that it must be a manufacturer defect and that there was no way to compensate me in any way, and that I can get a refund if I like LOL!! WOW!! Autozone I highly doubt you guys would support the action your employee took. I hope you guys are more careful on who you hire or promote as a manager. I really hope this doesnt happen to anyone else. Especially when they are on a critical schedule. I work at a body shop that constantly needs material, but I definitely wont be back to AutoZone, at least not for a while...

I got your name, the parts I ordered alreafy delayed for 24 hours, and now you kept me waiting on the phone like 15 mins for you to search the order information?(I hung up the phone at the end) Fine, but why you kept me waiting another 20 mins in store just because I dont need the parts and want my money back? Were those customers really before me! Or you just a freaking racist?
I went to Autozone for a battery replacement and Johncarlos was extremely courteous and polite. This is the best service that I’ve ever received from Autozone.

I had a very bad experience at the Stafford AutoZone, and I would strongly suggest to avoid this location.I am usually very happy with AutoZone, and I have been going to various locations for many years. In my experience, AutoZone usually has helpful and knowledgeable associates. However, this location in Stafford was the first time I had a terrible experience.I went in for a battery replacement, as my car would no longer start and had to be jumped twice. The lady who tried to help me brought out the battery tester, but she couldnt figure out how to use it. Turns out she was connecting one of the leads to a plastic part on my car. Once I showed her how to properly connect the tester, she said the battery needs to be charged first before she can test it. This made no sense to me, given it is a dead battery, but I continued to try to work with her.She would not help me disconnect or remove the dead battery, and simply told me to take it out myself and bring it in for more testing. Once I removed the 45+ pound battery and lugged it across the parking lot into the store, she had me put it down at one of the registers. She then told me it would take 2+ hours to charge it, which seemed ridiculous. I just wanted a new battery. I asked if there was any warranty left on the existing battery, and she had me take the 45+ pound battery to yet another terminal to check. Unfortunately, she could not figure out how to check a warranty on the register either.At this point, the manager came over and tried to help her use the register. The original associate once again said the battery needs to be charged before it can be tested or replaced. Luckily, the manager stepped in and let her know it is OK to buy a new battery without testing the old one. The manager then inspected the dead battery and could visually see that it had failed and would no longer hold a charge.The original sales associate had me once again haul the 45+ battery over to the used/returned battery cart, and then haul a new battery off the shelf back to a register. She told me that AutoZone employees are not allowed to help carry or install batteries, which I was not aware of. They have always helped me in the past with battery replacement.I spent the next 15 min out in the parking lot, in 95 degree Texas heat, trying to install my new battery. My battery is in the trunk of my car, so it is more involved compared to a normal engine location. Luckily, I was able to get this taken care of, but I can only imagine what it would be like for an older customer who could not lift or carry a 45+ battery, or someone who did not know how to remove and install a car battery on their own.Hopefully, an experience such as this is only limited to the Stafford location, and I can continue to shop at other AutoZone locations. But I would strongly suggest to avoid the Stafford location.

I had stopped at a different location and had a really bad experience. The Hwy 90 location is amazing and have restored my faith in Autozone. Elias was so helpful in resolving my issue. He was very kind and patient. It was an odd issue and I was not looking forward to having to deal with it. Elias fixed it with a prompt and courteous response and made sure that it was 100 percent fixed before I left. I will be returning to this location again.
Annie helped me right away pick out the right bulbs for my car and showed me how to replace the tail light. HID Headlight was more complex and had to be taken to mechanic for replacement. AutoZone had a better price for the part. Unfortunately, the shop wouldnt use the part because their work would not be covered but at least they matched AZs price, and I was able to go back to the store and get refunded. Thank you.
ANNIE IS HANDS DOWN THE BEST!!! she is a very helpful person with such a positive attitude. Answered all my questions and showed me somethings about my vehicle i didnt even know give her a raise!!!

What I thought was my battery, was actually the battery cable. I purchased the part and Mr Sean replaced it (no charge). He asked that I come by later to re-check the battery. You never hear gushing about an auto parts store, so here goes. It is a large store with a huge inventory. If you know what you need it is easy to navigate, if you dont, the BEST part is the employees. They are awesome. ANGEL is always very helpful and knowledgeable. He has never been condescending just because I am a women. All the staff here have treated me with respect and answer my questions until I understand what I am doing. Kudos.

My experience was great. I was greeted as I walked in. The auto zone representative was very informative and did the diagnostic test in no time which really helped me out. I feel much better knowing what the problem is with my car and how to address the problem going forward. I dont know the reps name but he was informative, helpful and professional. I went to the store are year ago they still have the same horrible manager I can’t remember her name but her son works there too sometimes I think that’s sad when you have family working together I feel like the staff doesn’t stand a chance she has a horrible attitude when I come to customer service and I mean horrible I would give the store another dollar of my money as long as she’s there I rather go cross country to another store better yet she’s the reason I go to O’Reilly now, and I have been going to AutoZone for over 20 some years I just can’t do it until they change management here in Stafford I would never go to AutoZone again

Absolutely one of the worst experiences Ive had with an auto parts store. The workers were lazy, and had a major attitude. I walked in asking for pricing on a new car battery. The employee made it very clear that she was annoyed by me interrupting what she was doing to look up a battery for me. Then the guy looking at my battery, yes there was minor corrosion on the terminals, but nothing major. He refused to work on it. Pure laziness. Went next door to OReillys. Very friendly staff. Took them less than 10 minutes to replace the battery from start to finish. And a great smile. Will never step a foot in Auto Zone again, at least in this location.
They had me in their system with my vehicle info, so it made it easy to find the parts I needed. Ive had parts fail, batteries and altinators before the warranty was up and received pro rated replacement. They have always had the parts Ive needed and the staff was courteous and helpful.

Today I had a bad experience at this place our tires needed pressure so we came here to buy a tire inflator. First of all when we were paying the girl who is the cashier had a very bad attitude, she has no idea of what customer care is like she was like very unhappy and angry doing his job and I felt her bad energy. The thing that we bought didnt work so we went back to return it. She was still with her bad attitude and I asked her if we could exchange the item if there was a type of courtesy the store can give us like a discount or anything else. She said that theres wasnt anything and giving us our money back was more than enough but with her bad attitude still. I dont know why was she mad but something that we all have to remember is that our personal problems and our job are not the same thing. I will never come back to this place.

Floyd and Rico were super nice with replacing my headlight. They told how it got messed up and then were patient with making sure it worked too. Glad I found a spot to fix my car close to home with good honest people.
OMG, I love the 2 ladies that helped me on 9-26!!! WO and Cynthia helped me soooo much. My car wouldnt start due to another Auto Zone that but my battery in completely wrong. They were so knowledgeable and taught me some new things. Not only are we ladies and some guys feel like they can take advantage, but these two ladies were about helping and making sure that you understand. I love when women can come together and empower one another!! Not only did they install my battery correctly but clean and replaced one of my connections to my battery. I was so impressed by the customer service and the skills they had. I will go there again. They have my loyalty. Please give these ladies a raise or something. They did an outstanding job. I will be going back to buy them lunch. Awesome, awesome!!

Ive been here several times now, & every time I had waited till the last minute to go...I ended up walking in to the store 10-15min before they closed. Not only were the employees very attentive & helpful, but shockingly they didnt ONCE rush me or remind me that the store would be closing in a few minutes. I do A LOT of last minute errands/shopping, & this is almost unheard of! Everywhere else I shop (or eat...happens at restaurants/fast food places too) the employees dont hesitate to rush people out of the store, they repeatedly play were about to close messages over the loudspeaker, they lock their doors right at closing time (or a few minutes early in some cases) & then unlock the door for each remaining customer exiting the store...worst of all, the cashiers get very impatient & rude. Sure I sympathize with the inconvenience of having to work late or even being reprimanded for being clocked in longer than scheduled, however, it was a very unusually pleasant experience at AutoZone where they were nothing but patient & kind, EVEN as I did multiple returns, pulled up a coupon on my phone, AND had to run back & grab another item I forgot...ALL after closing time!
Helpful folks will assist you in selecting a right part for your vehicle. They keep the record of your purchase so warranty and returns can be processed without a receipt.
My trucks check engine light was on. Angel brought out a meter. The software that uses the meter code said the camshaft position sensor was bad and that I needed a new alternator. An alternator?! Since the people at AutoZone know their stuff (polar opposite of HD), Angel is getting me a replacement sensor and showing me where the old one is located. He says its something I can easily do myself so no need to waste $$ getting it done at a shop. This is great service!

I went in to get a diagnostic on my wifes car and the technician was great. He did the diagnostic and got the code in five minutes. Then, he gave me a short list (4 items) that were possible problems. The diagnostic didnt cost a cent. The dealership would have cost us 100 dollars for the diagnostic alone.

So I walked into this AutoZone and I needed a iPhone charger and I asked the sales associate working a counter where is your iPhone chargers and he pointed me out to them so I grabbed it and checked out and left 10 minutes after I left I tried to plug my charger in and it did not fit it was the wrong one. So I went back with my receipt to exchange it for the one I needed and they wouldnt take it back. I had to cut it up the wrapping around it to get the cord out and they said they needed the wrapping back. And I told them I cut it up to get the quote out and I threw it away why would you need that back? And they said they had to have it still wrapped up . I just said forget it and I walked out I will never return to an AutoZone again.
