This place is awesome! The guys (George) was so nice and helped us pick the perfect stick for our kids. They are very reasonable and the showroom looks fabulous!

Service was great but didnt have merchandise I was wanting...

My husband and I are very disappointed with the quality of the service at Billiard Factory and with the furniture we purchased at this store. About 5 years ago we ordered two bar stools, for about $400 each. Later, 3 years ago, we ordered four more counter stools, each about $300. Both times we specifically requested genuine leather upholstery for the seats. We believed we purchased a durable furniture, but recently both sets started peeling and we found out the upholstery was not real leather. When I contacted the store regarding this issue I got a dismissive response that the manufacturer went out of business and there’s nothing they can do. This is very disappointing, and now we are looking into replacing both sets of stools way earlier than expected.

Phil provides excellent customer service. He is truly the last of a disappearing example of professionalism in the retail industry. He went above and beyond in every detail from the sale to installation. Our table was installed. However, the installer left the cues and balls at the warehouse. Phil met me near my home in Sienna to give a temporary set until my premium set of cues and balls came the next day. In this day and age of excuses and mediocrity in service the customer service displayed by the Billiard factory was second to none. Phil is a true asset to the company!

Id absolutely recommend coming here for pool cues. Im fairly new to cues and Mark filled me in on the industrys different styles and types of everything to do with every part of a cue. Id recommend speaking with him if youd like to get caught up and learn about cues or getting a proper recommendation based on your preferences.

I just want to share my experience with the prescott (4) seating theater chairs I bought from the Stafford, Tx location. I cant believe how these chairs are deteriorating before my very eyes. Due to my inexperience, I selected these chairs which are bonded leather. They have peeled, cracked, torn, just thing that I would not have imagined. After several calls and a number of emails to the store to let them know what was happening and to learn more about the warranty, I got a response to my email today. It only has a one year warranty. My words of advice to any potential customer looking to buy theater seating chairs STAY AWAY FROM THE BONDED LEATHER!

We recently had our table assembled and recovered, We were extremely pleased with the two gentlemen that did the work,, They were extremely polite, knowledgeable and most of all Professional .

We are very happy with the 8 Olhausen Sonoma pool table we purchased at The Billiard Factory. Phil was very helpful in quickly finding the table that matched our wants. He answered all our questions and got us a great price. Delivery and setup went very smooth. The table was in excellent condition and perfectly positioned and leveled.

The service from the Billiard Factory guys and office were Top Shelf.For a slate pool table move, I assumed that a new felt was absolutely necessary. The disassembly/ moving/ assembly crew that did the work advised me that the felt could be reused since it was still as new and the Company (Renee) even gave me a refund on the felt.The crew were quick but careful with disassembly and loading/ moving. They were extremely accurate in assembly and leveling. I couldnt ask for a more professional team (Jacob and Eric).No BS, just fact. Rick H.
