He helped us assess which furniture would work best for us. Selecting a mattress is also challenging and he helped us in that process as well by explaining the different options. Even after the sale, he has kept in touch regarding our delivery needs. He has been very accessible and responsive-which is a real blessing. They also have a great selection of furniture and accessories to choose from. I compared the prices of the same products from Ashley and I saved at least $5000.00 purchasing the Ashley products from universal furniture. Even during the pandemic they helped me a lot furnishing my home on time. I not only saved money but also experienced the best customer service before and after the delivery of my furniture. After not finding a console in the store, the owner, helped me locate one in a catalog. We are very happy with the mattresses we bought from universal furniture. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The delivery of mattress was fast and when we required some modification on the adjustable mattress base, they were promptly done. We were also given very good pricing compared to other mattress stores in the area. We wont be going to any other stores to buy a furniture without looking at Universal furnitures first.

This is the best furniture store in Houston I have ever been. Owner is very friendly and knowledgeable about the furnitures, moreover price is very reasonable compared to other stores. I had my full house furniture from here and I am also a regular customer. Beyond all, I wanted to share my experience about their Wellsville latex hybrid mattress with ergo adjustable base. I had been suffering from lower back pain for years and I have changed beds and mattress several times. Finally I have found the right mattress in my life and woke up with no pain. I would recommend anyone to try this mattress from this store with a reasonable price who are suffering from back pain and also for a comfortable sleep.

If I could give zero stars, I would give that. My family bought a couch set from this store and the owner stated that it was genuine leather but the paint started peeling a month after we bought it. When we called the owner he sent somebody over to fix it but they came and painted over it. 2 weeks later, it started falling apart. When we looked closely, it was cloth material instead of leather. I would never recommend this store to anyone!!
