We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Roberts Carpet. Our salesman Gilbert had all the answers, suggestions, information that led us to select not only a house full of carpet, but the hardwood as well. During the process, I was on the Roberts Carpet website and had a question. AND THE PRESIDENT SAM ROBERTS HIMSELF ANSWERED MY QUESTION! We are so pleased with the outcome. Our house is beautiful. Gilbert himself came out to visit the site and double check measurements. He orchestrated the installation flawlessly! The technique they used on the stairs was beautifully executed. The product itself exceeded out expectation. I will never go anywhere else for future carpet and wood!

Ron was so thorough and helped walk us through our first flooring experience. He was very knowledgable and had a ton of experience - providing us with answers to all of our questions. The install day was a breeze and better than we expected. Were aware that other places offer free installation but having our job done professionally and with care was worth every penny to us.

Jasper Bolton worked with me and my wife and we have nothing but great things to say. He was very nice and professional. He came to our home and helped us pick out the carpet suited best for us and followed up with us often throughout the entire process. After the carpets were installed he gave us a call to ask how we were liking it and if there was anything we needed. I would recommend Roberts Carpet Stafford to everyone.

My wife and I have thoroughly enjoyed shopping at Roberts Carpet and Fine Floors. Much of our positive experience is attributed to salesman Jasper Bolton. He was extremely helpful and was not pushing one product over others to try to get a sale. He gave us space to think and was always nearby to answer all of our questions. His non threatening nature and genuine care in wanting to help us was very evident in the end when he gave us his family discount to help us. He said that we were nice folks and saw us as family. How nice was that? After the transaction he followed up to see if our order had arrived and made sure that we were timely scheduled with good installers. The floors are beautiful and we are so happy. We highly recommend Roberts carpets and fine floors and that you see our new family friend, Jasper!

I had on 3 occasions used Roberts Carpet at Stafford. On all 3 occasions they were very professional. The entire sales to installations were done without any delays. The installers were punctual. They removed the old carpet, vacuumed the floor underneath because they were sandy, laid down the new carpet and vacuumed the new carpet without us asking them to. They also moved the heavy furniture and all we had to do was signed off to say everything was good! What a breath of fresh air to have them take care of us!

Gilbert, at the Stafford location, was such a great help in choosing carpet and waterproof flooring for our entire upstairs. You could not ask for anyone with greater patience!!!Luis and his crew did an excellent job on the installation. I could not have asked for a better product or better service. Thank you!!!

My folks (Mr. and Mrs. Hill) went to Roberts Carpet in Stafford and dealt with Gilbert Moreno. He was absolutely the best in guiding and helping my folks get their wood flooring and carpet. Jasper is one of the worst salesmans i have ever dealt with. Was super rude in his tone and was very condescending to my wife. I wanted to pay in cash but Jasper told me they didnt have change which is not my problem. If you run a business you better have change to deal with cash customers. My total was $2349.54 so I asked him if he could do it for $2349 and he had the audacity to say no!!!! Its there fault they didnt have change. Trash costumer service. They lost a job over .54 cents smh.

I recently purchased carpet from Roberts Carpet. The process was seamless and we are extremely please with the results. Ron Wilhite helps us locate a non stock carpet and went out of his way to get us samples in various colors. We selected the color, Ron came to the house to measure and then ordered. It was installed a week later. Great job Ron.

We visited this store to “just look”, the selection was impressive, and the Manager, Ron, was very helpful and had a ton of patience as we were not sure what we were looking for exactly. Narrowed it down to 2, and left with 2 samples so we could decide which color would be best. I recently had new carpet installed in my home. This included moving all the furniture in the bedrooms and living room (excluding electronics). They took care when moving the furniture and placing them back in their original places without damage. The sales representative, Jasper Bolton, was very helpful in deciding what brand of carpet would be the best for my living conditions. I decided to go with Roberts Carpet because they have have been in business for years, and would be there if there were any problems in the future. The new carpet looks Great.

We loved Roberts Carpet. The entire experience was pleasant. We shopped around and felt pressured at other places. The moment we walked in the door, Gilbert Moreno offered help, but in a low key way. He helped us identify the options we were seeking with the Pet Guard technology, and we were pleasantly surprised at how manny color options we had to choose from. He helped us get a quote and even let us take a sample home to make sure we liked it. Gilbert came out to do measurements and was professional and easy to work with. We never felt like he was just trying to make a sale. He was patient and answered all of our questions. He even waited as we decided to get other home projects done before finishing the carpet. I highly recommend Roberts Carpet if you are consider getting your floors redone.

I worked with Jasper Bolton to make my flooring choice. I already knew that I wanted luxury vinyl plank flooring by COREtec. He was very helpful in explaining the different options. It took me several weeks to choose the color, and unfortunately, the one I liked became discontinued when I went back to make the purchase. I liked that he left me alone once answering my questions, to go back and forth between the multitude of choices. Once my final choice was made, I was pleased that I received the flooring within 4 days. This location had a very extensive selection of any kind of flooring you might want.

The staff showed us several different carpets, but when we left, he left a snide remark about how he had to clean everything we touched. (Colony flooring nearby had better pricing and customer service).
