Poor customer service giving false information Metro PCS have $40 for one line he is asking $50 when I told him is not that much then he told me I will try $40 if system accepted but first time you have to pay $50+$10 for sim card.I dont recommend anybody to go at this location.

Dont do your business here, i payed and the next day they cut my service line .where do they do that at?

I get all my cell phones hear theyre a great group of people who dont try to cheat you out of your money..

Try to charge a sim card that come with the phone for $10. thief.

I wouldnt even give this location one star but I had to just so I could write a review. The customer service at this location is absolutely rediculous. My husband and I both have phones and he had an issue with his and went in 20 min before closing because thats when he could make it in after he got off from work..he was going to ha e to buy a new phone which he planned on, he couldnt see his screen at all it went back for no reason, he was told to come back tomorrow because they wanted to close early. He said no he couldnt and he needs a phone for work. Today I went in to have my phone looked at which is only 4 months old with no damage except for the fact that no one can ever seem to hear me clearly but I hear them just fine. They acted like they didnt want to look into the problem and I was immediately told I should just buy a new and better phone. I told them no and walked out. I will be reporting them a second time to the main customer service number.

Went to go buy original iPhone charger. The lady gave me another one said it’s apple approved. It stopped working after 1 day.
