I had this shop do a frameless glass installation for a walk-in shower, and a thick glass top for my dry bar. These items were done about 2.5 years ago, and have held up absolutely wonderfully. Very pleased with the quality of the work and how well they’ve aged.The bar glass was initially cut incorrectly due to bad measurements on their part, and they were nice enough to re-measure and re-cut on their dime.

Outstanding service. Called first to make sure they had parts. Visited to pick them up and the Lady at the counter showed me several options - old and new style. She certainly knew her stuff and was very helpful. We need more businesses like this....

They promptly got my deposit for two replacement windows and now I have hard time getting any update. They would put me on hold and I would stay on hold indefinitely, call back they hang up on me. Lady answering the phone doesnt even greet you or introduce herself. Customer service is non-existent. I may revise the review if they provide me with the service I paid for.

Amazing quality and amazing customer service. After receiving my glass, I wanted it trimmed down more than I originally asked and they did it for free. 5 star customer service. Highly recommend!

Was working on a project needed some half inch mirror strips that were over 6 feet long very odd thing to look for but they were able to deliver them for me at a great price very pleased with the service and knowledge even the ladies at the front desk or knowledgeable everyone who works there knows with her doing will definitely do business again

We broke one of our small bathroom windows. We brought in the frame and they were able to quickly replace it, same day. Glass plus installation was under $50. We were very happy and will definitely keep them in mind for future glass repairs.

Called them twice to come out and look at issues with patio sliding door, both times was told someone(Justin?) would look at schedule and call me back. Neither time did I get a call back. Very, very unprofessional!! I would give no stars if I could as they did ABSOLUTELY nothing for me !!

Quoted my mother $200 for a job and ended up charging double. They take advantage of older people and there are better companies out there. Meyerland Glass & Mirror are extremely unethical. If I could give them zero stars I would.
