Court Hardware Company has excellent customer service. Their old time commitment to their customers and knowledge of their merchandise beats those other large chain hardware stores. Check them out first before going to those other places.

Wow! Super friendly and well stocked hardware store. I came here at the suggestion of a neighbor when I couldnt get a key copied at one of those machines at a big box hardware store. I went through each isle to see what all they had and was asked if I needed help at least half a dozen times. Very friendly staff and competitive prices.

This is has been my perfered hardware store for years. They actually have a better selection on many tools, plumbing, and garden tools than much larger stores. And they actually keep actual nuts and bolts hardware in stock and organized unlike big box stores.

EXTREMELY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL FROM THE CASHIER TO EVERY WORKER. My son was running around and was out of hand everyone was professional and helpful. They were knowledgeable about products plants etc. Very homey feeling. I went twice in 1 day.

I prefer the smaller hardware store to the big chain stores. Courts staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They always ask if they can help you, often as you enter the building. While not as widely stocked as the big stores, the have 90% of what I need. I always go to Court first.

This is my Little Hardware Store down the road but I was disappointed when I went in today that they are not doing the mask. People were coming in without mask and some of the employees were not wearing them. However, they do have a sign that says if you are with an employee and you would like them to wear a mask just ask and they will comply. That disturbed me. I will have to pick my time when I shop with them. But they are still a great Little Hardware store down the road. Plus they are not going to be so little they are growing. If you go in there and you are not quite sure of what you are looking for, they most definitely will help you find it. Plus the gentlemen that work there are knowledgable and eager to help. They are great!!!!!!!

I had the BEST experience at Court Hardware today. I had a broken hydraulic jack and thought it was unfixable. I came in hoping maybe they could advise me on fixing it.Wieland, one of the amazing employees, looked it over, realized a pin was missing and got me a nut and bolt to take its place. Instead of having to buy another $50 jack, I paid less than $2 for the nut and bolt and have a new favorite hardware store. No more Home Depot or Lowes for me!

It seems I go there six days a week. Such helpful people. Good looking cashier too.

Great inventory, old fashioned feel and exceptional service from Ricky. This place is a gem. Mr. Court spent A few minutes chatting with me about the history of the place. They’re inventory is incredible the place is always very neat and orderly. Service from the staff is always very courteous and friendly. Their prices match the big box stores and their service exceeds it by thousand times. You can park out front and walk in the door in 2 seconds. No standing in line at the checkout counter. Just a wonderful experience with a small mom and pop hardware store just like you imagine in the old days. Suggest not to waste time on big shops like home depot and lowes searching for products. This place is amazing, Always courteous staff to help you when you enter there. The negative point that they close at 6 and not open on Sundays.

I have been a customer for 18+ years. I have never asked for help. When I walk in the door a staff member asks what they do to help. This has not been a hit or miss experience, it has been consistent for 18+ years. Electrical, plumbing, gardening, paint, lighting, keys, etcI have never regretted walking into Court Hardware.

I wish they sold microlife products and maybe some other choices of soil. Not a big fan of miracle gro

Really beneficial and planned to arrive sooner!! All the other locksmiths I had called today, bar Top Locksmith, did not come in. He did great research and helped me with the question of cars ignition switch!

They got everything you cant find at the big box stores.

They are really loose with the mask requirements especially the owner. If not wearing masks is your thing then this is your place but if you believe you should be wearing a mask in public then I would suggest skipping Court until after the pandemic.

I visited yesterday to find a ventilation snake to clean out my homes dryer exhaust. The help I received was fast and efficient. Much better than Home Depot in Missouri City. Thank you for allowing me to spend my money where it counts. Ill be back soon!!

I love this place. I usually go there first before going to the big stores because of their excellent service. When I walk in someone offers to help me find what I’m looking for. Most of the time they have it. When looking for a screw or bolt they have a huge selection of individual sizes and you don’t have to buy a whole package of ones you’ll never use. Of course I always feel guilty when I only need 1 or 2 screws for less than a dollar. I do support them by shopping their first. Plus they have a bargain table of things I sometimes find I can use.

Courts Has be a great place that I have been going for many years. They seem to have EVERYTHING in that store, and the people are sooo knowledgeable and helpful. Cost-wise, I think that they are comparable to the box stores. They know what they are doing. Try them; you will discover what good is.
