Morrisons saved the day during my bathroom renovation. Home Depot and Lowes said that it would take a week and a half or longer to get a tub that would fit my small bathroom, but Morrisons had a beautiful tub in stock that I liked even better then what they had at the big box stores.Thank you to Faye for your knowledgeable customer service and for helping me find exactly what I needed. I highly recommend Morrisons!

My staff and I love Morrison Supply. They are really helpful and they know what they are doing. We always get what we need and they help us with any questions we have. We love Omar !!! So, I was helped by the guy behind the counter (legacy employee) in the corner by the box of pork rinds for sale (and Girl Scout cookies). If you’ve been inside you know who I’m talking about. I asked for a dip tube for an AO Series Water Heater, .He said “man, I just sold the last one”! (Fib) I responded if he can just check in the back... he came back and said he didn’t have an anode rod (I didn’t ask for that). Then I asked if he could check other locations using the computer right in front of him. He looked at it like he was scared of it! And just said no, I don’t know how. But HE DID ask if I would like to buy some cookies! I said, well... I guess I will try EBay! They just said have a nice day? Wouldn’t you offer to understand what I want and offer to order it for me??? I recommend they hire some high school kids to blow the dust on the computers that are obviously not in use, and help automate and log their stock! If they already have a system (which they do), I suggest they teach the staff to actually use it... they lost a sale and my business. Now, you will see some great reviews... but that must be for the low hanging fruit parts... SMH

Had a problem, under alot of pressure to get it fixed. This store had the parts that I needed and received excellent service. Another big chain supplier did not have the parts I needed in stock. Glad I came here.

Staff is very helpful and very knowledgeable. Prices are inexpensive too.

Dreadful service. Wall of empty Kohler parts. When I asked if he could call his sister store in Rosenberg to see if they had the part, response was a simple “no”. Three customer service agents, one other customer in the store. Very disappointing. Amazon 1, Morrison’s 0.

I purchased Kohler faucets from Morrison Supply in Stafford six years ago. The drain parts were losing their finish and I couldn’t find replacement parts via the Kohler site so went in to see what my options were. Steven welcomed me and asked how he could help. He said he thought the parts should be available and may be covered by warranty so he called Kohler. Once Kohler picked up he was right on both accounts – the parts were available and the would be covered 100%. What service! I am so glad that I purchased from Morrison and that Steven was there to help me. I am now working with Steven on replacing our kitchen sink and faucet. Thank you!

Absolutely the most helpful staff. I went there to connect to some hard to find pvc pipe flanged connection and and the guys behind the counter helped me select and buy the correct PVC flange and related parts.

It looks to be closed. Signs on the wall outside have been taken down.

It must be a good store. Too bad they dont have Hispanic staff in customer service. The young man who attended me was friendly although he made no effort to seek to communicate better with me. It gives the impression of a well stocked store although there were no galvanized pipe fittings. Perhaps it is because of the demand at the moment.
