Good ice cream :)But dont sit outside the ground is extremely nasty the owner needs to pressure wash it asap.

Service felt rushed, some of the staff was very rude and the over all atmosphere was not very welcoming. The store was very dim and gloomy. The ice cream was very good and hit the spot, however the service was horrible.

What ice cream parlor doesn’t allow a grown adult (40 years plus) taste 1 sample before purchasing? And then blames it on COVID? Someone explain the rationale please!

I never write any reviews, but I was blown away with the service and cookie cake I received! Let’s just say, I loved my cake!! I promised my girlfriend that I would make her a cake for her birthday, but I haven’t mastered the art of baking. I ordered through the phone, and a lady picked up. She helped me decide what kind of cake I want, and was very helpful. I told her I wanted a cookie cake with a beautiful design. I came to the store, and was greeted by a friendly lady. She said she made my cookie cake, and hoped I liked it. You have received a life long customer!

I am so glad I chose this Marble Slab location! On 2/18, it was my daughter’s birthday, and I couldn’t find any places to get a specialized cookie cake due to bad weather and power outages. To my luck, I reached this location, and the cookie lady named Nosh, provided excellent customer service!She fulfilled all of my wishes for the cookie cake, and my daughter loved it! I definitely recommend coming here!!!!!

Hate to say it but I was not impressed. I had the mint with chocolate chips and my friend had the red velvet on a cone. I could literally see the mint ice cream melting in the fridge on the inside. It was already dripping when he served it to me...I thought it was called marble slab for a reason!? Their fridge has a problem and I feel like they shouldnt have served it that way. It was a mess. 3 stars because Im an ice cream lover and it was tasty. But, very disappointed all the same.

Ice cream and treats are great. The employee that worked tonight was rude, and very disrespectful. Will not be going back to this location in my life time

Normally this place is 5 stars, but made a recent visit and the person mixing my icecream cut herself and didnt bother to clean up or put gloves on. Another employee confirmed she cut herself while another tried to say she was alright and wasnt bleeding. Either way, she should not have been allowed to continue to do mixins without putting a bandaid and gloves on and I should not have been given the icecream she made.

The ice cream is good, love that they have a big variety of flavors and the ice creams are home made. but should work a bit on customer service, the guy working there seemed to have an attitude but other than that it was great (:a bit expensive as well.

Immediately when I walked in, I was told that I needed to go get a mask to return (no more mask mandate). The same employees that told me that I needed a mask, presumably because they care about health, proceeded to make everyones ice cream with no gloves (even though a full box of gloves was sitting right there on the counter to wear) and went back and forth many times between handling peoples money and touching their own masks on their faces, and touching everyones spoons and cups with their bare hands. I watched for awhile as they did this and never once washed their hands or used sanitizer. Disgusting, even under normal circumstances.

The service is ok at this location. You have to be careful on some of the pastries they sell you at times. They will pass older brownies to you for example.

I honestly wasn’t going to leave a review but my expectations were exceeded when I asked for a specific cookie design and it came out perfect! the cookie lady I encountered was wonderful, I believe her name is abby? or abbie? I will definitely be returning for another birthday!

I ordered cookie cake yesterday( tuesday march 24) and i loved it so i ordered it today ( wednesday march 25) again it was HORRIBLE icying for not properly done i think the lady was changed but idc about that if people can’t make good cake should not be hired🙄 I loved the first one perfect but I can’t say that about second one

Excellent ice cream, cookies, staff and location! Marble Slab along with Great American Cookie? Whats not to love? I highly recommend this place if you want quality ice cream and/or cookies.

Quality is good and it’s a very clean and well trained staff but Very expensive. I ordered a small bowl with half the ice cream they normally put in because of my 6 year old daughter can’t eat that much ice cream by herself. I still got charged $8 for it! My ice cream with two big scoops mixed with toppings cost the same... they need a kids menu until then I’m looking elsewhere and keeping my star rating.

I went to marble slab great American cookies today as i was there eating my ice cream and cookies i saw the cookie lady help a customer then she charged them and she didn’t wash or change her gloves and started touching cookies she was making i felt very disgusted it’s corona time and she should be more carefull

The ice cream is always great and I think its family owned. The staff is super friendly and seem to have great chemistry with one another. Also great, they didnt linger behind the counter while we enjoyed our sweet treats!

I asked for a few marshmallows! And she gives me an entire scoop full! I was spitting them out as I ate my remake of Rockyroad. Otherwise the Swiss chocolate is good :-)

This place is absolutely delicious. Everything is fresh and prepared in front of you.

We came to this location 5min before they sere closed and the staff was already putting everything away. We were told it was fine and they served us what we asked for. The girls were so nice and kind to us. Definitely my favorite marble slab location

The staff doesn’t care about repeat customers the lady behind the counter (I’m thinking some form of management) would rather yell at you that actually make the ice cream. Would not recommend this location.

The lady in there today at approximately 3:01 mixed my ice cream up sloppy and wanted to do what she wanted to do and now what i wanted, also the ice cream is not cold enough starting melting immediately, WOULD BOT RECOMMEND YOU TO GO THE STAFFORD LOCATION 👎🏾

Their customer service is TERRIBLE!!! Worst Ive seen in my entire existence. In response to a customers concern, Jose the cashier says he could care less if customer ever comes back to marble slab. I just work here, he says. He and his colleagues have no idea how to resolve customer-related issues. A horrible horrible place. Thank God for Baskin Robbins, Dairy Queen...for options!

They do not participate in National Ice Cream day promotion. Out of service mans restroom. Dirty floor and tables and 3 workers made no attempt to clean it within the 30 mins Im in the store. We have been here before, seems to me the store is going downhill in general.
