Had my order ready when I showed up. Called in order and drove there in under an hour. Order was ready. Sales team, warehouse everybody was helpful.

I purchased a 43x43 piece of plexiglass that I purchased over the phone with Rick Pijanowski on their national phone line, New York I believe for me to pick up will call at the Stafford location. Rick was professional and courteous and advised me that it may take a week or two for the piece to be ready for me, which was not a problem for me knowing this pandemic has everything slowed down. Anyway I waited about 4 weeks to give the Stafford location a call and the item was there waiting for me. I work actually on the corner of their street at the other end and it was very convenient just to go by and pick it up. Very nice people on the phone and when I went to the back for the will call pickup I was taken care of in about 3-5 minutes and was out the door. Brought the piece home and it fit perfectly. It was thicker than I had anticipated in my mind which was great and added to my satisfaction. Nice folks, good price.

I order a sheet that was supposed to be transfer for another facility a week later I called and the order was no put in, and I order it again and the next week I got the same answer the order was not put in, I dont know whats the deal with this guys. so be careful and make sure they put they order in before you hang up. it looks like they dont care if you only spending a couple hundred dollars.

Professional Plastics is a great place to purchase your plastic from for any of your construction needs. They have every type of plastics you might need. If they dont have it in stock their turn around time is usually in a day or two. The staff is very professional, supportive and knowledgeable. Michael and his team have always been helpful with our plastic needs. Their support is unbelievable. They help with any questions we might need from specifications to processing. Just ordered a 2 pieces of plastic only to find out when I got home its the wrong size and clearly states on my invoice is supposed to be 265/16 get home to see it is 21 no where near the correct size on top of which they are showing open until 5pm nobody will pick up and its 430 on top of that drove and hour each way to pick it up. Thanks will edit the review when it is taken care of was supposed to have this project completed this weekend only to find out nothing is open now.

We purchase Teflon from Professional Plastics. They stock it in sheets, but we needed it cut into strips of a specific width. Both times, they did an excellent job, and got our orders ready AHEAD of time. In addition, the sales representative was very helpful and professional. I highly recommend this company.

Ask for the business manager, Michael Meade...awesome service.We had a material issue and by just a phone call he stopped by our shop, came up with engineering solutions and got it resolved.He wants to fix the issue in a right way rather than giving a temporary solutions...

Dont waste your time with HD or Lowes. These guys custom cut a sheet of 1/8th plexiglass for me to babyproof a fireplace for less than 50 bucks and I went and picked it up. I really liked how you can choose the cut tolerance. I think I did 1/16th or 1/32nd for a few bucks more and it was spot on.

Worst place to deal with. Placed a must have order at 3:00. Arrived at 3:30 to pick up. I was then told I couldnt have it that they were closing early and going home for the day. Do not use this place. they dont care about your needs only theirs.
