He went above and beyond in assisting me locate the perfect sneaker even with a limited inventory. Absolutely no wide shoes. Zero. Totally neanderthal. Feet have to fit their wants and desires as opposed to the other way around. This is how brick and mortar force shoppers such as myself to shop online. I will ship Amazon because Foot Locker doesnt want the wide foot business and Amazon does.

They never have the right size for the sneaker that I want. The selection near is great but they dont have the sizes. You can have a 1000 different styles of sneakers but if you dont have The size to sell him what good is it

I found the perfect shoe for me in this store but not in my size. So the store told me i could order the shoe and it will be delivered to my house. The staff took almost 45 mins to key in my order and they still didnt do it correctly. I needed a size 7.5 and they ordered 8.5. I rechecked with them if they had ordered correctly and they confirmed the shoe design and size. But when i received it after 4 days i saw the size was wrong and i now need to go back to return the shoe.The staff just cannot use the computers... Very frustrating experience. Will never order from them.

I have been to this store twice, and I am pleased with the experience.

I came into six:02 to look for some sneakers that I was having trouble finding. The store was not too packed but there was definitely other customers. I started looking around, found the shoe that I wanted and went up to one of the employees there that seemed to be having a conversation with a friend that was in the store visiting. Not only did the employee barley acknowledge me, she made it seem as if I was troubling her to do her job. After that I left the store and just bought the shoes online.

The employees in this particular branch will not sell hot item sneakers even if the other stores and website points you to their location for availability. The reason is their sales associates hold it for themselves or their friends. Thats straight from the mouth of the sales associate who picked up my call.
