Bowlero offers an all-around great experience for those looking to bowl. With around 30 lanes available, the space is accommodating even for the most popular hours when crowds arrive.While bowling, my group had no difficulties with setting up our games. While playing, balls returned easily without once getting stuck behind the pins.Staff is both attentive and friendly, as workers routinely checked up on parties to ensure that everything was okay.Overall, my experience at Bowlero was great! Pricing was fair, with the unlimited play value definitely worth its price.

Its not gourmet, but as far as bowling alley foods go, it will suffice. Price is Manhattan level, but nothing exorbitant. I brought my entire family and the experience was very good, our server was very friendly and the vibe is very good for families there to bowl and have fun. If you are a serious bowler, this is not the place, the floors was quite sticky and didnt have the proper cleanliness applied, you basically stuck to the lane on release.

2nd time here. Bartenders are great as well as staff. My party host was Anthony which he is awesome, made sure my party was well taken care of. As well dealt with another party host Brittany. She helped me along with Anthony understand the way this place works. It was a bit pricey but after all being explained to me it was so worth it. Thank you Anthony and Brittany for the awesome experience.

This place is built for fun. Besides bowling, it has a pretty cool arcade, laser tag, and bar. I was here for a private (kids) birthday party once a while back, where we were in a segregated bowling room, with its own bar - that was totally cool. And Ive been here for open bowling many times. Generally, its clean, decent food, and with lane/table services, these guys really step it up. Unfortunately, on my recent visit, I was a bit disappointed with the rental shoes. While the shoes are in great condition, the soles are totally filthy. I had to take one pair back because I was literally sticking to the lane floor. The second pair was better, but not great. Others in my party had the same issue. For this, I remove one star, but would definitely return.

This place is a fun spot to go bowling. They have a full bar, and staff available at all times to order food. I actually appreciate the staff, they’ve always been attentive the times I’ve been there.Prices are affordable compared to Lucky Strike & Frames (which are also in Manhattan), but compared to the bowling alleys in Brooklyn it’s definitely a bit higher.I would like to add a few bonuses from this place are they have plenty of arcade games available, and it is located at Chelsea Piers so there are other plenty of things to do aside from bowling.I’ve also been here for events they host, one time I went to a Halloween Open Bar and that was actually very fun and a good deal (just don’t get their house tequila).

Great place to chill. Arcade is kinda boring. Bar wont let people sit on bar if under 21. Had 2 friends sit with us and one was young. we just ordered cokes and water and we told we couldnt stay.

Very sad… we were in that place several times before and all seemed to be nice. This time we saw a rat running across… right when we were served food…. Shoooooot, never again!!!!!

I sent this review directly via the survey link that was emailed to me but Im now pasting it here since I didnt hear back:The server was very nice and pretty attentive but it seemed like she was not trained on how to handle a birthday. It was just my husband and i celebrating his birthday and I had a cake delivered and handed it immediately to a staff member so that it could be taken back. After the server introduced herself, the first thing she said was “you guys brought your own cake right?”. Which immediately ruined any element of surprise.Then when it came time for the cake, instead of appearing at the table with the candle lit, she first walked out to the table, made it known she was there with the cake and lit the candle in front of us. Then after my husband blew out the candle, we had to ask for a knife and plates. Also we noticed the cake was not placed on any serving plate, only the cardboard that it came on. She then brought us out just a butter knife to cut the cake ourselves.I worked as a server in a restaurant for 10 years and a birthday cake delivery was not a complicated thing. Usually we would have gotten a few staff to come help deliver the cake together to make it more special, make sure to place it on a serving plate/platter, have it pre-lit as we walked up to surprise the person, and then we would usually cut it for them.We enjoyed the bowling but the birthday experience was kind of sad and i wouldn’t do it again.Again, the server was nice and attentive, and i genuinely think she was just not experienced and was not taught how to make a birthday cake delivery feel special.

I had lots of fun. The only thing that disturbed me is that 100% lack of masks with no temperature checks and no vaccination confirmation. You can walk right in maskless and no one says anything. Other than that it was so much fun to go bowling and play arcade games!

For My First Time Ever Bowling. I really Enjoyed Myself. They service was Great and Very pleasant and Secure.

This used to be really fun but the organization of the place and management really takes an impact as well as the social distancing that is taking place. Between the lanes there is a plastic clear tarnish thing to divide the lanes which are pushed up right next to each other to the point that other peoples butts from the lane over will be resting on your table. The dividers they put up are so flimsy and honestly dirty. There was food on the plastic hanging tarp divider which only comes to like the waist up. Additionally when we went there on a sunday night. We arrived at like 7 maybe just a little after, we were told we had to wait 40 minutes. We waited 2 and a half hours. We stopped to check in at the 40 minute mark the hour and a half mark and the 2 hour mark. There was no real explanation given as to why the time was so different than what we were told. While we waited the 2 and a half hours, we played games in the arcade in the front. Which was very sad because we spent all the money we put on our game cards not knowing there was a whole separate back room arcade. It would have been nice to know.

I absolutely love this place. The atmosphere, the wings (Buffalo and garlic parmesan) and the drinks (preferably the apple martini) are really good. Great place to play games, bowl or just lounge out. I highly recommend visiting Bowlmar.

Just go in for a quick meal every so often. My nephew and I played some video games here and that was fun.

Awesome place to take a group of teens, they have a full bar for adults so what else can you ask for.

Staff was friendly and attentive. We were next to a group of kids who kept getting the balls stuck and the staff was aware and got the balls frequently out.

Its our third time here, Great place of fun and awesome experience, my family and I enjoyed ourselves, security very polite and respectful, and they seem to know how to do the job well, we watched the female officer at the entrance turned back a group of intoxicated and high kids with 4 knives, the officers really are doing a great job, but my family and I noticed that people and even the staff members keep violating the face mask orders despite security walking up to them and correcting them. Not everyone is immune and not everyone is vaccinated. Sometimes last month, we were seated at the lounge below the stairs and we literally noticed one of the managers scold the security officers for doing their job, i mean telling customers to wear their masks but customers instead go and report and claim harassment when the guards are only doing their job. Right in front of my family as we were checking out, my mother was waiting by the exit when a man and his group threatened to hurt the security guards and i watched the guard walked to the counter to report the situation but i guess it didnt end well from the managers reaction and the way the guard walked off, my mother had to go talk to the guard and give him words of encouragement that she felt safe by their presence.Next time we visit, were recording and taking pictures of customers violating DOH orders and putting on SM.

I was taken to this place to celebrate my birthday and I can honestly say that I had so much fun. There were many bowling lanes, and the atmosphere was really exciting. After 8 PM, only 21+ can enter this place though. I never got to play on the arcades since it was close to closing time so I cant review how that experience was. But at the time I went here (10 PM on a Saturday night during July) it wasnt crowded at all. Neither was the bowling lanes but the place was lively and not dead. The food and drinks tasted amazing! I personally recommend the Boarding Pass drink if you want something fruity. Im definitely planning to come again!

Very trendy and humongous alley! Amazing music and very low prices. There’s a full bar, arcade and table games on the ground floor. On the second floor is a lounge. Lighting and layout is very innovative.

Great lanes. Hilariously overpriced. Good staff but tragically understaffed. Food is acceptable, good for the price.

The inside looks trendy and clean. I was met at the front desk with friendly staff. They even made it easy for me by setting my lane up so we were ready to play right away. However, i was disappointed that there was a wash rag left on the playing board in my lane. Also, our server spilled our drink when he reached our table and didnt clean up well. The floor was still sticky. I made him aware the seat was still wet and he gave me tissue so I can clean it. Didnt like that. The food was good. We ordered wings, quesadilla, and tenders. Plus, they give a free game to first responders. The arcade had nice games to play and the prizes were reasonable. Will go again.

Had my daughter 12th birthday party here. A bit pricey however, she had a fantastic time!

Service was great until our way out when we encountered the security who stopped us from taking out our drinks even after a staff said we could. They still wouldnt listen. I spent over 300bucks to catch fun and i had to throw my drinks in the trash bin. Not good. Not worth it.My friend threw her drink in the officers face... serves him right. But my apologies.

The wait was almost an hour or so but worth it. The place has nice ambience with pretty lighting and welcomes family crowds with kids to enjoy. One of the few places in NYC where kids are welcome. They serve alcohol and snacks as well, good for office parties or in general any parties. Has some arcade games as well. There is a $5 fee for renting their shoes and u cannot not rent them no matter whatever shoes u are wearing. Sunday evenings are the cheapest as they have different prices on different days of the week.

Huge venue, but difficult to get into. Very odd entrance. They let us in early and we were the only people in there for a couple hours. The bowling was great. But the arcade games despite being half price were extortionate, pretty much $3 for one game of air hockey, and that was Half Price!

It was a fun place to celebrate a birthday party. The service was awesome. They were so attentive and Andre was wonderful. I recommend this place for a fun bowling experience.

We went for the Behemoth Burger and split it three ways. Yes. About 3,400 calories per person in one meal, not very good for the body. Bowlmor has Laser Tag, A ropes course, and a full bar. Its generally a good place to have fun, but I think theres more to do in the Penn Station location.

I have not bowled for a long time and Chelsea Piers brought back a lot of memories. I enjoy it a lot, my daughter and son had a blast. Very clean and nice. Socially distanced and managed well. I enjoy. Am definitely going back again!!!

Had my sons birthday party here. Only one small issue which was that additional people who werent in the package were supposed pay the same price but my dad was charged more than what was on contract.

I think it was kind of expensive. As of 9/27/20, we paid $55 for 3 games, 2 people + shoes. And that was with a promotion! Not that it was awfully expensive but to me, it was indeed a little bit. The place is clean, they take covid measurements seriously and we had a lot of fun. Well be back.

Its just ok. Dont go expecting more than a regular bowling alley.

Bowling was great. Food was terrible.

Not a bad place for fun, but we felt scammed because they have a sign right in front of their bowling check in desk that says $1 = 2 CREDITS (photo included), but they DONT accept arcade card credits for bowling! After seeing this sign, we paid to add credit to our arcade card specifically for a couple of rounds of bowling but couldnt use that credit and had to pay again for bowling with cash. They should accept credits for bowling, or put up a clear sign that says they dont.

Great spot but the big burger is made with cheap ingredients not so good don’t get fooled by the size of it after we started eating it was falling apart it made me nauseous never ever eating that nasty thing but the pizza is sooooi good a++++and if I come Sunday it says it’s 6 games bs it’s more expensive than ever woooow!!!

I had a birthday celebration that was intended to be a small and private party of 4, however the manager on duty that evening Jasmine was holding our table with drinks as if we did not know how to handle our alcohol ( we only had 2 rounds at this point) every time we would inquire about our drinks she insisted we should take it easy and would deliberately either send water down drinks or just simply not send any and again we only had 2 drinks in about 1 hour 1/2. Also, there was a surcharge to cut our own cake for $25 which NO ONE ON STAFF WANTED TO CUT!!! As far as the staff, they ended up watering our drinks down and providing a bogus bill that entailed services and food we did not order 😑 just to compensate for the tip they knew was not going to be generated. For ppl that are currently in the hospitality industry right across from this establishment could not understand the extent of our bill and being limited to what was available according to what the staff felt was adequate for our needs to enjoy our evening. I guess thats what happens when you expect to spontaneously spend the weekend out in the city on the west side as adults, BEING TREATED AS IRRESPONSIBLE DELINQUENTS IS UNACCEPTABLE FOR FOLKS WHO ARE JUST TRYING TO HAVE FUN IN THE BIG APPLE!!!!!!

I always have a great experience here, lots of arcades and laser tag 😀 disnt make it to do that but hopefully when I go back I will for my daughters birthday party🎉. They work with you with the birthday packages but wasnt really happy that it disnt come with my package for the price Im paying 😒 but other then that its a great place

We had an awesome time. Never saw crystal the lady in charge of our party she never came back with the receipt or to see if we needed anything. But Camry, Sid, and Yenrri not sure if thats how you spell it took care of us. They made us laugh helped us everytime we needed and always with a smile. Gabrielle helped us settle the rest of our bill, super nice. Loved it we definitely will be back. Thank you for giving my son a very happy birthday!

Amazing experience! We booked a package for a coed party for Bowling and laser tag. They allocated a separate space for us with Team Bride and Team Groom tags + we had drinks in the package. The place is cool in terms of ambience and music + its open till late.

It’s cool just the COVID rule where the kitchen closes at 11pm sucks! We was able to bowl but wasn’t able to eat and drink

Had my birthday party here and the staff was amazing! Super attentive and very friendly. They have great party packages and have a good assortment of arcade games. Their laser tag experience is also lots of fun with large party sizes. Highly recommend.

Havent really been to many bowling alley but this place is always fun over the top and has laser tag. Surprisingly decent food and drink options and if you take advantage of their specials (which always seem to be running) is pretty good.value for money. Have never had to wait long for a lane to open up and the place is clean and well mantained. Overall great spot to take a break from the sun.

Great place to bowl especially during the pandemic, rated 4 stars because the bar and food is closed for covid regulations. But when things get back up and running the place is definitely a 5 star hang out spot!
