MAD DISRESPECTFUL !!! The young lady that works here is very rude. I myself a entrepreneur in the same field tried to give Lids a play due to getting my start from coming to Lids to get caps done. But the customer service/ cashier or whatever you want to calk her should not be working here or anywhere else for that manner. Never will I support Lids. 👎🏿

Worst experience ever being in the store twice and the Guy dint even know how to use the machine to made a design in My hat so he ask me to comeback another day wich I did and surprise he was there again and try to ask for me to comeback later wich I will never do again good luck

Went here Christmas shopping today worst customer service Ive ever experienced in my life the lady cashing us out was not only on the phone taking a personal call but she had the phone on speaker I could here there entire conversation and how she . Would not support or shop here again never seen something like that before. Anywhere else somebody would have lost there job. Who cares if you been standing at the register all day

Got my home boy a great hat from here and ended up getting another one from their promotion they had at the time.
