This is another favourite bagel chain of mine. I mostly love to spend time here, for a hazelnut coffee and bagel, or a quick lunch. This typicalOne inside the library has a problem if it’s kind. The timings are unpredictable and most of timeDoes not match with the Google. They change it according to the campus crowd and season. Also it’s a small place and not many workers work. So, mostly in morning / lunch time be ready to wait in a queue. Also, their staffs do a bunch of mistakes with the orders ( as they do not write the names, often they confuses with other person’s order )

The bagels here aren’t too bad, but the line gets pretty long at times. It would be nice if there was a way to buy a coffee cup without having to stand in line for 10 minutes.

Standard Einstein Bros. Coffee is so so, but the sandwiches are great. Good service.

On multiple trips they have been out of ingredients or the necessary items to make a sandwich. Today at 1:50pm, they could only make 1 sand which still missing options but charging me the entire price. If youre open until 2, the full menu should be available until 2. I have gone at noon and theyve had low inventory. They get one star bc the employees are pleasant and quick. Business management is failing here.

Everyone is super friendly. Lines/wait time is a pain, but its on a college campus so you cant expect anything else. The blueberry muffins are to die for and worth your wait.

They constantly either have something broken down or have run out of utensils. How am I supposed to drink a frozen drink without a straw? Good food and drink just bad service and poor preparation skills.

Great food at great prices with a nice feel to it. Service wasnt the best when I went there at night but the place itself is a worthwhile quality for cost.
