Custom service from the young ladies could have been more warm and inviting. Those ladies were either having the worst day of their lives or they were just making it obvious that they just didnt want to be there. Obvious lack of enthusiasm about being at work.

Had to get oil change for my Mahindra tractor the dude was very helpful quick about it in and out of there about 10 minutes also got a wide selection of hunting essentials

I love getting advice from the guy in there that is an expert on plants, gardening, and everything outside! He’s very helpful.

We drove two hours to buy a tractor from this co-op, hauled the trailer and everything. I was a serious buyer and even had the tractor in mind that I was going to buy. they told me that I couldn’t get it today and it would take 3 days to “get it ready”. the salesperson was very unmotivated to make a sale and acted like I was bothering him. we will not be returning.

I went in to find pet taxi, sadly they didnt have the size I needed but the cashier was very friendly and tried to help me the best that she could. I will diffently consider shopping with them again if I need supplies in the future. They carry a wide variety or farm and pet supplies for all needs.

I figured I would support a local business instead of going to Walmart, but I will not spend another dime in the Coop. Despite the local ordinance and the many signs saying that masks are required, none of the employees were properly masked and most of the patrons were not masked at all. Why should I support a local business that will not support the local community? I shouldn’t and I won’t. You shouldn’t either.

Unique gift ideas..plants look well kept

Some staff members are helpful, but some are not. The lady that usually answers the phone is not very friendly. But the store has a nice selection.

They have a wide selection of parts and tools. The staff is also very helpful and friendly. I came in to get insecticides for an ant issue at our house and the guy asked me about the pest issues ive been having and gave me several recommendations and how well theyll work. I was very happy with the help and the stuff i got.

They broke the mold after they made Rodney. His mentality rubs off on the rest of the staff, and customers as well.Hes a grade-A human being while also being a superb businessman. That is becoming a rarity.If youre ever having issues or want to get straight to the point (which is rare because the rest of the staff is usually top notch), ask for Rodney- I promise if he can give you his time, he will give YOU his time. Hes a busy man, and how he does what he does, while dedicating his time to the INDIVIDUAL, is a rarity, and it should be studied in business colleges across the country.I love doing business there: The helpfulness, the attentiveness, the good attitudes, and the business-sense to treat me like a person first, and a customer second, is why I will always check with them 1st on buying a product they may carry.

My husband dropped off a weed-eater 6 weeks ago and its still not fixed!!He has called numerous times about it. They even admitted that that had forgotten about it a few weeks ago, but it is still not fixed. It comes across to me that they select whos equipment will be fixed 1st and not the order they received the items. Not happy. We will not go back to this place for anything.
