I have never posted a negative review, but after six months of dealing with this pharmacy, I can not think of a positive thing to say. All my scripts are sent in ahead of time and I am notified via the app that they are ready. It still takes 15-20 minutes to get them IF there are no other customers ahead of me. When other customers are there, the tiny waiting area fills up fast and COVID vaccines are given in the same area as waiting customers. Thought the drive thru might be better, but nope, same 20 minute wait as going inside. At least in the drive thru no one is coughing on me.
Horrible pharmacy staff. Sat and waited for a vaccine for 30 minutes while watching the staff laugh and giggle. When I asked how much longer it would be before I could get my vaccine, I was reprimanded for trying to rush the process. Complete garbage.
This is by far the slowest CVS in the world.! The front is amazing but the pharmacy is HORRIBLE.! You wait over a hour just to get someone on the phone, they always run out of meds, never have anything when it’s time for a refill even after calling you to ask you do you want them to have the medication on hand when the time comes.! Did I mention, YOU STAY ON HOLD TO SPEAK WITH SOMEONE FOR OVER A HOUR!!!!!!!

Beyond slow service on EVERY occasion. Yesterday my prescriptions were called in at 8 am-one was filled, one still wasnt ready at 7 pm. On one occasion I called and asked if my prescription was ready and told yes. I even waited another 3 hours just to get there just to be told it wasn’t even being processed. This kind of thing has happened EVERY TIME.
Incredibly nice and helpful. I left my prescription while I was here visiting and in less than 30 minutes, I’d called and talked to the pharmacist, and had my prescription filled and picked up. They gave me enough medicine to make it until i travelled back and saved me a lot of stress and headache. Also, didn’t even charge me.

I called to check on an item in the store. They were incredibly helpful. They even put the item at the front from me to pick up.

I went around 9 pm on a Friday (2/16). The guy behind the counter was great. He helped my friend and I save money but he was also great at making conversation.
Hmmm...it takes them forever to fill your prescription. Sometimes your prescription got moved to archived folder for no reason, and theyd never answer your phone. Its medication dude, nothing you can joke about...
I have literally been on the phone with the pharmacy waiting for 25 mins. Its No wonder nobody wants to use this place. smh.
Well I’m going to be looking for a new pharmacy. It gets really old and very frustrating that I have to keep making multiple trips for the same exact prescriptions each and every month. They always & I mean always have an excuse & they always act like I’m just a dumb new customer and that don’t know anything about my medication. Then they can’t ever get anything right... Not sure if it’s the fact that they use to different pharmacists throughout each day or what maybe it’s the employees but i have been given them the benefit of doubt and yet that’s the reason for my 1 star review I’m tired of the BS. Im going to consider trying Walmart Neighborhood market next time - I really didn’t think a pharmacy could be worse that Walgreens in Starkville but it appears that I am wrong.
Their pharmacy is absolutely ridiculous. I have had multiple occasions where they have lost my prescriptions or told me my prescription would be ready in an hour and it still isnt ready even the next day.
I am dissapointed with the pharmacy service today. I dropped off my prescription and the staff she just left me hanging without informing me about my order status. Then I had to wait 1 h to get my medicines and I was so sick with my strep throat. When I asked her,she was so rude acting like she did not want to take care of my order.
Ridiculously slow. Spent 30 minutes trying to get INSTANT photos and the cashiers couldn’t figure out how to work the machines then suggested I get the 1hr print.
I am a VERY dissatisfied customer! i went to buy a money order at CVS this morning, it accidentally got ripped when i went to tear off the stub- i returned to the store, talked to the manager, the store owner, the cooperate office, money gram, and am now on the phone with Wells Fargo trying to get my money.. everyone says we cant do anything call.. CVSs policy is to not return these.. i feel as this is a scam. money gram could not find my TWO money orders in the system (they said its automatic and should appear immediately..) this was TWO hours ago..Thank you CVS to giving me unless piece of paper and keeping my hard earned money. . i will be speaking with cooperate after i speak with Wells Fargo and an attorney.. i would never recommend CVS they did very little to nothing to help
