First time I used Copy Cow was 11/16/2020, and I was very unpleased with the customer interaction and customer service skills displayed. The business was very nice on the inside and I give them a plus for that as it was very welcoming. But for me on first impressions, the staff member that assisted me was very off putting, and acted like I was not there only asking questions to assist him in helping get me out of there fast rather than trying to showcase some customer communication skills and make conversation to make me feel welcomed to be using them and for future times to come. I worked in customer service for 6 years and know how it gets working with the public but at the end of the day you got to do everything you can to make the customer want to come back because they want to and not because they have to or its the only business for miles that offers the service you are needing.

Copy Cow is such a great place! Our company loves working with them. They are incredibly friendly, very helpful when it comes to questions, and they work hard to get you exactly what you want. Highly recommend!

Needed a banner done quickly and rather than having it ready the next day they finish it up in about 4 hours. Thanks for the accommodation.

I had some business cards made here after Office Depot dropped the ball on them. Not only were they cheaper at Copy Cow, but the quality was far superior than that of the large store. They were able to meet my tight deadline of 2 days with no problem. I understand that they have new management and you can definitely notice the improvement.

This place is ridiculous. They changed the hours first of all which screwed a lot of people then i brought a one page resume to have retyped and they wanted to charge me 95 dollars!!! No way i would deal with these people. There are a lot more and better options out there.

Sent in an order for some promo stickers I had to have for work related stuff, got my estimate and called to confirm the order be done. Was told my order would be done. Went to pick up the order and was told they were not done because I never confirmed the prints to be printed after I had in fact called for them. Guess my company will have to find another printing company from here out. Needless to say I lost a good opportunity because of this. If your needing something important done in a deadline, dont come here. They will have you in a bad situation on a lost opportunity.

I had a few confusing email conversations but they worked with me and did a great job. They offer 3 kinds of vinyl stickers and banners; I got a large sticker and a 5x2 banner, and both turned out excellent. I recommend going to the store in person if you have a complicated, big, expensive, or time-sensitive order. Its worth the extra time to travel.

Charged me for a flyer that I could have done at home. They took the image my assistance sent and just put it on the paper. So now I have to pay someone else to do it the right way .Why would I want to hang a flyer with 3/4 of the paper white. Yes I did bring it to his attention and he refused to re do. Of course I want be back. Office Depot is closer to me anyway.

I will not use again for printing services.I needed two posters printed for a conference I was attending with a grad student. We dropped off the posters Wednesday and were told they would be ready by Friday. I provided my name, email address, and department. On Friday at 10:30 am, they emailed our business manager to inform us that we had used older MSU logos and the presidents seal without permission. For $5 per logo they would remove the logos. However, when called, they wanted an additional rush fee to deliver the posters on time. There are several problems here: (1) If they are going to enforce MSU branding, they need to train their staff to recognize this when the files are dropped off. The clerk did, after all, look right at the logos - which were prominently displayed at the top of the poster - without saying anything and gladly accepted payment.(2) Rather than contacting my business manager, who was out of town, they should have contacted me directly. This is especially true after they received the automated reply that the business manager was out of town. I provided my contact information for this very purpose.(3) They waited nearly 36 hours to even look at the poster and assess whether there were branding problems. A more seasoned shop would have caught this much sooner.(4) Finally, to demand I pay a rush fee, on top of $5 per image ($15 for what took me 5 minutes to do), is simply extortion. One wonders whether this is the only way this company can make money.Ultimately, I cancelled payment and took my business elsewhere. Their competitor gave me no problem with a next day turnaround, and I paid less than $35 more. I will not use Copy Cow for printing again, and I recommend others avoid them as well.

I have used Copy Cow since my freshman year of college. I am now in the work force and still drive an hour to Starkville to use them for my business. They are excellent to work with. Their results and prices are always surpassing their competition, and they are very timely.I couldt ask for a better company to work with.

Terrible service, rude staff, and botched print. Staff was slow and inconsiderate. Do yourself a favor and go down the street to ProGraphics, where they actually take care of their customers.

I moved to Starkville in Fall 1996. We had a Kinkos and then over Christmas Break it was gone. Copy Cow stepped into the obvious hole in a college town and has been a very steady performer in 3 (at least) different spots in the same strip mall since then. I wont say Ive never had a single bad experience there, but I wont use the place in the old Krystal and I found the University shop problematic and overly bureaucratic back in the day. Have done my own personal handcopying, harder, bound jobs, a whole bunch of course readers, self-designed business cards and the odd oversized flyer
