I had been looking for a new to me vehicle for weeks. Reid, the sales associate at Stockers understood my needs. He also knew my schedule & time was very precious. I walked away from 1 vehicle due to my schedule.Reid knew that. I went a second time to purchase a different vehicle. I found the vehicle that met my needs & signed on the dotted lines. That’s when the attention to my time needs were discarded. It should not take 2 1/2 hours to complete the transaction not to drive your purchase home.Test drove & agreed to terms in 30 minutes. Sat watching salesman go between me -office- another customer. I noticed the financial person that took care of all of my completed paperwork (who was outside smoking) what the hold up was…he said oh~ you need your keys. So he tried to accommodate my request only to find no gas/plate was even on the car yet:( Needless to say I left the dealership. Stocker TEAM is not a TEAM…nobody else employed at that dealership could have fueled/plated my car? Nobody else could have taken a hand off? 2 1/2 hours too late.The next day Reid handed me my 3 sets of keys without any apology or concern for any misunderstanding. I am left now feeling that my purchase from Stocker’s was NOT valued or appreciated.
I was very pleased with the service I received from the body shop. All employees were extremely helpful throughput the process of getting an estimate, helping me wok with my insurance company, and scheduling my repair. The end result was perfect!
I had an appointment for over two weeks for a replacement part that was finally manufactured. I took it in at appointed time 9:00 am, and they never got it in the service line until after lunch after I made a call and told them it had to be done by 5:00. They called around 4:00 but I bet it wouldn’t have been finished if I hadn’t pressed them. Never using again unless I have a recall and can’t find another buick dealer in the area.
Once my car got in, it literally took only like 2 1/2 days!! The car looked amazing once the front end was replaced, sooo happy with how it turned out.

I made an appointment online, but the service rep had no idea what I needed when I showed up. I dropped off my car at 9:00 AM and got a call at 5:00 PM that it was not ready and would not be ready until 7:00 PM. All I needed was an oil change!!! I was without my car all day and had to have a friend pick me up and take me to work - all for nothing. I told Stocker not to do the work and that I just wanted to pick up my car. However, when I got there, my car was up on the rack and the service tech had started on the oil change, so I had to wait even longer to get my car. The only good part of the experience was that they told me they would not charge me for the oil change since I had asked them not to do it. This was the worst service experience Ive ever had. The techs didnt even speak to me when I walked in. I will never use this company again unless I absolutely have no choice.
From the moment we called to the time we picked up our Vehicle... We had nothing but wonderful experiences with their Staff. The customer service representative quoted an oil change and tire rotation at $135 + tax. I questioned the price since I paid roughly $90 two months earlier. A friend of mine paid $118 the day prior for the exact same service. How does the price of a standard service change that much? Needless to say, I won’t bring my vehicle back for a thing.
I am out of town, was in need of an oil change.When I pulled into the service bay, I was greeted promptly, by Mark Carper. Was greeted and Mark said I see your inspection sticker expires next month. How about we take a look and if nothing is needed get a new sticker. My vehicle had 14 grand and was in awesome shape. The oil change was completed and a new sticker added.Outstanding customer service. This is what it is all about.Thank you so much.
Made an appointment for a little over 2 weeks out because that was all they had available about an issue I understood to be a certified Chevy issue. Asked what I needed to do and was told I could make an appointment to bring it in and have VIN checked. Called morning of and someone had drafted but not made the appointment. They still had me come in, then told me once I was there that it was $130 diagnostic charge and keys are in the car if I didnt want to do that. Thankfully, the issue is a minor annoyance and not something that needs work so I left and didnt actually have any service done. We have a great mechanic we usually go to and the only reason I called was because I understood this to be a Chevy issue/recall. Anyways, were glad I went through this first before shopping for a vehicle here.
My state inspection and the necessary repairs were conducted in a timely manner. The staff did a great job of explaining the needed repairs to me.The shuttle service was also much appreciated.

The work was excellent - but I fail to understand why GM was not able to supply a new transfer case. I’m sure they would not make a part like that for only one model year. After a month without my vehicle, Parts went to secondary market and got a rebuilt unit. It works fine.

The service center here is incompetent and unhelpful. We needed to fix an issue with Apple Car Play. After 5 long weeks of dealing with Corina in the service department, we resorted to leaving a message with the manager, Matt. Unfortunately, Matt decided that Corina should return our call instead of himself. Corina advised us to bring the car in and have the staff reset the radio. However, she forgot that she advised us to do this two weeks ago, which we did with no results. We resorted to having to be nasty and angry when we finally did get to speak with Matt. After reviewing our case, Matt called us back and was able to resolve the issue, within an hour.
I would and have recommended Stocker and the team to my friends and family. I had nothing but a great experience while there. Michael was patient and understanding with me during this process. He understood that I had to drive many cars before choosing one and helped me find the perfect one for me.

We purchased a brand new 2021 Chevy Tahoe from Stocker Chevrolet back in March. The vehicle did an automatic update which we believe killed the entire electrical system and now it will not start. Stocker said they cannot take a look at the vehicle until August 16th at the earliest, which is no guarantee. We purchased a $60,000 vehicle from them and they cannot help us! All Chevy Dealers near our area cannot take a look until the last week in August. So unfortunate. This is an emergency considering this is our family vehicle and I have no way to get to work! So very disappointed with Stocker Chevrolet.
I originally looked around the area for the truck that I wanted, hoping to find the one in stock. Due to the Covid impact, however, there wasnt anything I wanted. At that point I realized I had to order one. I shopped prices and found that Stocker was by far the best deal. The sales department were very friendly, informative and, helpful. There was no pressure or back and forth dealing. The price they first gave was the best I had received anywhere. I definitely recommend Stocker Chevrolet.

The service advisor reviewed the diagnostic software and suggested I take advantage of a current free wake up promotion that I was unaware of and walked me through the GM operator. While I was only looking for an oil change I got a free tire rotation and safety check with a though review. The complete service was started on time and was fast. Excellent
While get tires mounted on my truck, service noticed that the inspection had run out. They immediately ask if I wanted it inspected and got it in on the spot.On the other hand I walked around the lot looking at trucks for 45 minutes and no salesperson ever came outside to see if they could help.

THE CAR DID NOT EVEN MAKE IT HOME THAT NIGHT HAD TO HAVE IT TOWED HOME .STOCKER DID NOT WANT TO TALK TO US ABOUT IT THEY WOULD TAKE A LOOK IF WE COULD TOW IT IN AN PAY FOR THEM TO CHECK IT OUT.I THINK THEY SHOULD HAVE HAD TO TOW IT AND FIX IT NO CHARGE AFTER TELLING MY WIFE IT WAS OK TO DRIVE.STOCKER COST US OVER $7000.00 THE ENGINE WAS TOAST HAD TO GET REMANUFACURED ONE INSTALLED.YOU CAN BUY WHERE EVER YOU WANT JUST BEWARE ET STOCKER.

Took car to get an oil change and thought I needed brakes. Guy checking me in realized I hadnt received my first free oil change/tire rotation yet so no charge for that and brakes were in good shape which amazed me . So many places would just do it and charge you. I wouldnt have known any different. Bought 2 cars in last 2 years from them (and others many years ago). One is new and one is used and good experiences both times.

Based on our brief experience, this place is a really good dealership to work with. 1st we found the a car online (not theirs) & requested more info. Within a 12 hrs time span (next day) the dealership tried to contact us & left a message. I called them back & talked to Vaughn Metz who helped with all our questions about the vehicle; some questions required him actually going to the vehicle to test/look at certain things. He seemed to have all the patience in the world, no matter how dumb the question sounded. We even asked if they supported military veterans in any way... and they DO! We then discussed hours of operation/availability & we came up with the only time that would be feasible for us but unfortunately not Vaughn; but he ensured us that hed have someone competent to help us. We drove 2 hrs up to the dealership that same day & was very pleased that not only was the car NOT sold from under us but Vaughn was there to help us too, even though he had other planned personal obligations. He stayed to walk us through the car & highlighted a number of the concerns we had over the phone (right around close of business hours). Needless to say, we were very comfortable with the car & Vaughns no haggle/no pushy way of selling we decided to go for the car. Bonus: we came in with an already pre-approved loan but the finance guy asked us if we would like to see if he could find a better rate with a different lender... and we found one about a .5% better.In short, 1) we had a helpful salesman which never pushed, 2) we got a veteran discount ontop of an already good deal, 3) we ended up getting a better rate than when we got there, & 4) we got ourselves a vehicle we like all in less than 24 hrs. Happy all the way around! Thanks Vaughn for helping us through it all & Vaughns fiancé for sacrificing your time with him & allowing him to help us. We truly appreciate it.Even though we are 2 hours from this place, & would probably not make regular visits there, we would definitely recommend this place, especially Vaughn Metz, to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle haggle/pressure free: Online or in-person.

I had to pay $137 for them to tell me that my turbo may or may not be bad. They’re not sure, they recommend replacing it, but of course that’s not a part of the engine. The engine has a warranty for life but the turbo which is on the engine is not part of that that’s how they get out of covering it because it isn’t a piston or something in the engine. so they expect me to pay $1500 to get my turbo fixed even though it may or may not fix it they just recommend replacing the turbo. I will never buy another car from this company. I’ve bought three cars from them and I will never buy another one. I will be going to Blaze Alexander fromNow on
Great service experience with the body shop at Stocker’s. They are busy and we waited a month to get on the service calendar, but all staff members were courteous and good to work with. Car looked great when it was done and it was vacuumed and wheels were polished. Highly recommend!

Staff very friendly. I was surprised.I dropped my truck off for the air bag recall scheduled for the following day, decided to go to Walmart and I got a phone call it was done,ready to pick up. Wow very prompt. I wasn’t out of a vehicle the following day.But when I picked it up there was grease on the interior trim, on the door. This upset me. Prompt service unfortunately they could be a bit more careful getting in and out with dirty cloths, hands, shoes etc, I had a hard time scrubbing it out. The next time I will be sure to mention if I have to go there.
Experience at Stocker Chevrolet was great. The journey began with a phone call to Glenn Miller. I had seen a used Colorado truck in Ohio for sale. I didnt know if I would fit into it. Glenn had one and set it up so that I could sit in it. He did this all within thirty minutes from my phone call.I did not fit, as I am six feet six inches tall. I hit my head on the door frame. After a few minutes of adjustments to the vehicle, I still did not fit getting into it.Then, Glenn had a Silverado with 41,000 miles on it. I sat in it, I fit. The next day I purchased and drove it away. An incredible experience. Glenn Miller really showed me how good customer service is at Stocker.

You aren’t bad, but the level of service and customer interaction just doesn’t compare to what we had with the Sutliff service team. I see employees not really wearing masks well or correctly, your people don’t seem as helpful or knowledgeable when talking about issues or what was done for our vehicle, etc. They are just OK, not great. In addition, I feel that the waiting lounge is not available to me as I have seen lots of customers in there without masks, and nothing is done about it. So there is also that. I always have to have someone drop me off and I cannot stay.

Broke down traveling to Ohio and was towed to Stocker, transmission failed. They replaced transmission, sent me out with a check engine light on saying I needed an oxygen sensor replaced. I am an ASE certified master automotive technician, so I could do that when I got back to NH. Well when I got back to NH and went to change the sensor, it turns out it was never plugged back in. This needed to be unplugged as part of the transmission replacement . I understand anyone can miss something, but knowing that was unplugged to replace the transmission, I am quite upset the tech did not go back and check his work. It was a simple fix that would have cost nothing but about 5 minutes of his time. I called a couple times to speak to the advisor that helped me but he has not returned any calls. In the end I guess Im just glad driving over 700 miles with a disconnected bank 1 sensor didnt do damage to the catalytic converter or anything else. I would rather have had this discussion with them and come to a resolution than post a bad review but when they dont return your calls, I guess this is my option.

I was visiting the State College area from my home, about 160 miles away. When I went to leave, my Silverado wouldnt start. Not being familiar with that area I Googled where was the closest Chevrolet Dealer to me. Stocker Chevrolet was the answer so I called them as I waited for the tow truck to let them know my truck was being brought in. I spoke with Service Consultant Mark Carper and explained my situation. Please note that this all took place on a late Saturday afternoon. He told me they would do their best to help me. The truck was taken into the Service Area as soon as it arrived and they immediately began to diagnose the problem. As it turns out, the starter needed replacement. They had one in stock and after it was installed I was able to return home a short time later.I am grateful to Mark and the Service Technicians for getting my vehicle repaired on such short notice, especially on a Saturday afternoon just before closing time.

When the long-time Cadillac-Buick-GMC dealer suddenly went out of business recently and left many of us without a place to go for factory service, it was great to learn that Stocker Chevrolet would now handle service for all the GM lines in addition to Chevrolet. Horrible experience at this dealership. I spent days figuring out a situation to purchase a truck. After spending many hours of my time, we came to an agreement and I was to go in and buy it. They knew I was coming in to purchase, and when I got there, they had sold it minutes before I got there. He even asked the older couple in front of me to step aside because I was there to buy a truck. When I got to his desk, he told me it was sold.. why would he say to people Im there to buy if it was sold and he already knew it. I had called an hour prior to have them bring it onto the lot for me and they sold it minutes before I got there. It was a different salesman and clearly knew someone was coming in. He informed me it was a different salesman and tried to blame it on that. They keep tabs with cars clearly because they cant accidentally sell the same one to two people.. From the beginning I was given skewed numbers and information that was left out. I found out through my family what the prices would actually be and when discussing it with him with more knowledge, he said I thought this was your first time. Clearly looking to prey on the unknowing and trying to scam. Yes some may have good experiences, but avoid Michael who does not care about the customer but his sales. I understand it is competitive, but when you already have someone coming in to buy, but sell it before they get there, that is just shady and rude. Very disappointed in the staff of what Im assuming is a good company. When I say Im coming in with cash to buy they should know through the floor so no second purchases are made.

My car is no better now than it was the day Stockers received it. Check engine light still on, no power....Not happy.They are going to look at it again. Ive already paid them $360 for nothing. They dont even have a loaner car for me. How they handle this next visit will heavily weigh on my review.

Friendly people. Just was not happy with leaving without a diff car. I thought they would try harder to help get someone in a vehicle but I will try another dealership there has to be someone to help someone that trying to establish credit.
Unfortunately my car was not fixed. It was an electrical problem and instead of going through the schematics they just tried to “replicate” the problem. Needless to say they didn’t “find” the problem. I was hoping for a person who was a little more savvy about electrical systems at a dealership.

I have been unsuccessful in my quest for my cell phone to be my contact number instead of my land phone which I monitor occasionally. Dispute numerous requests, this does not happen with many businesses many times over including Stockers. My work number on my invoices is also obsolete. Not a big problem but.. please use cell number that is requested and maybe delete the others???
Had to have the plastic rivets for the trim behind my mud flaps replaced on my new truck. Must have backed into a snow bank and they got knocked out. They did a good job of putting them back in. Unfortunately they were having trouble with their card reader and I was charged twice, which I noticed on my bank statement the next day. When I called them a couple days later they said they knew about it and had already sent a refund check which I got the next day. $40 to replace 3 plastic rivets! I wasnt happy about the price but it was done to my satisfaction.

I was a 16-year customer of Sutliff and got my GM cars serviced there exclusively. Their customer service was outstanding, but as they are no longer in business, I had to find another provider. Carlton was the service manager who took care of me. The check-in was really easy and they have the technology to check my alignment as I drive into the check-in station. He gave me recommendations on service based on my mileage and after the service was complete, he showed me pictures of some concerns the mechanics had. He gave me an estimate on what that service would cost and also recommendations from the mechanics as to what would need to be addressed prior to my next inspection.I wouldnt expect them to know me and my car to the level that Sutliff did after being a customer for so long, but I was impressed with how they treated a new customer off the street.

Our daughters car was not safe to drive; we thought the brakes needed to be replaced. When I called Stocker Chevrolet, I spoke to Service Advisor Shaundra. She was able to schedule an appointment to repair the car the same day. We received a call the next morning that the car was ready to be picked up by 9:30am.The issue with the brakes was a brake light recall and the check engine light remaining on was due to a camshaft cylenoid sensor malfunction. Shaundra was friendly, knowledgeable and professional! All the issues were repaired and my daughter is happy to be safely driving her car again.
Great dealership. Will definitely consider them when in the market for a Chevrolet. Especially for an electric car. They have a CCS fast charger that they let the public use. It was very much appreciated when I was passing through from Pittsburgh. Salesman was super friendly, too.

But we were very happy with our salesman he was going to work with us very well then go to the extra mile to get a better deal for us than what other dealerships were able to do but what it came to our first service for oil change and tire rotation we were disappointed I do believe there was some misunderstood communication but they did come through and take care of what we needed took a second day but it was taken care of after we made a few phone calls
