5/10/21 11:30pm Missing ingredients and poor quality experience overall. Not ordering food at this sheetz again. One of the worst ones in town. It’s just not consistent, some people do a good job and some just don’t put in any effort to produce a quality product that takes very little extra effort. I get it’s not your dream job but if you’re there anyway might as well make it worth your while instead of just halfassing everything.

Good place to stop for food, fuel or coffee. Free air for the wheels.

The toilet paper was on the roll backwards. I don’t think anything else need be said.

NEVER had a problem with my id. I’m 25. Supervisor is incompetent. Rejected ID for no good reason. Had to go get my passport. Worth driving a little farther to the one by Cracker Barrel for a supervisor who can read.

I’m 23 and from out of state. I couldn’t buy alcohol for my family for thanksgiving because the cashier didn’t know how to identify an ID card. This has never happened to me, and it was quite embarrassing.

You have 3 people running a gas station and a local fast food pickup/delivery/takeout food chain and they take home for an 8 hour shift around 50 dollars a day.Customers have to wait for these 3 employees,sometimes 2, while they are taking out garbage or cleaning, or making food and attending the registers for customers.I would give 5 stars for the employees and their effort and 1 star for the laxk of management.

Often times I stop here after work for gas and sometimes for a snack or drink. The check out desk is usually lacking enough employees and there is almost always a line; in which I understand due to lack of help; however the food service prep team is timely in making sure my food is prepared quickly and efficiently. Unlike a lot of fast food places I have never had any issues with sheets forgetting extra items.

Love stopping here for a quick bite to eat or drink! However, I always seem to stop here to try and get a cold brew! I always forget that this is one of the only Sheetz in state college that doesn’t have a beer cave!

Its a Sheetz like any other that has everything you really need. Staff there isnt the most helpful when it comes to issues at the pumps or any issue really. Overall you will probably find whatever it is that you need here and be happy.

Recently remodeled. Has the custom Coke machines that allow you to mix your own flavors.

An absolute failure in customer service and convenience. I have never liked the food here but never considered it worthy enough to be review by me until today. I had just returned to school from a long weekend only to find out some how I left my apartment keys in my families house, hours away. Having already driven the entire day and being tired it didnt make sense for me to return back just for keys. Also being a college student I decided to save my self a few bucks and wait until morning to go and get a copy of the key from the office. I couldnt stay the night at a friends house for various reasons so there I was homeless for a night. Now I could have parked in my apartments parking lot and wait there but the place is downtown and its dark in the lot. I decided that the sheets would be a great option since there would be snacks and a bathroom to use. I fell asleep in my car at around 2 am and was rudely waken up by a town truck driver at around 4am. The man almost broke my window and when i opened it he treated me like I was home less. Oh wait I am. For a night. I left the lot in a hurry taking a pledge to never to shop or get gas from a Sheetz, ever. I cant believe in a matter 2 hours they called a tow truck. Its not like i was in the middle of their parking lot or a spot that was near the door. I parked as far away and as out of view as i could. Bad move Sheetz... you have lost my and my entire familys business forever!

I ordered 2 items from the MTO kiosk and the order was ready in less than 5 minutes. Thats very acceptable.

Always extremely busy due the the glacially slow service from the more than lackluster staff which who there are ever little there, food has about a 75 % accuracy rate for my orders.

They always seem to be so swamped! I feel like they should hire more people. Heck, with so many college students nearby, that shouldnt be hard.

Typical sheetz-can be busy at times. No alcohol at this store yet but quick service and good food.

Almost 100,000 college students in town and they cant keep the place staffed.I can go the grocery store, buy my own ingredients and make my own food by the time I check out.

Has a lot of things that help save time. You can by fuel, alcohol, cigarettes, car supplies ( windshield fluid, oil, gas treatment, etc) houeshold supplies ( tolit paper, etc), food, drink, lottery. Also includes public bathrooms and friendly customer service.

The Sheetz employees are always friendly and helpful. There have been times they have gone the second mile when a problem arose for me. I appreciate being able to use my Sheetz card for in store and gas discounts. The bonus discounts and freebies I get in my emails are great. They even honor my free gas points from Weis Markets a very big plus! Between the Sheetz card $.003 gas discount and my Weis gas points the last time I got gas I saved $0.63 per gallon!! The Weis discount varies according to the amount of groceries purchased. Im very pleased with Sheetz! Thank you for being there for me! Ms. Kathleen Trump

Had a valid id and im a regular customer and was rejected by the manager. He refused to scan my VALID ID. NOT HAPPY WITH HIS PREFORMANCE

Certainly the best Sheetz around, and Ive been to a majority of Sheetz in the state. I stop here almost daily.

The bottom line is that Sheetz is consistently convenient.

If you want to smell like a grease bin when you leave, then by all means go here. Ive been here a handful of times and have to wash my clothes when I go home. Im not sure what they are doing in the kitchen, but it seeps into your clothes.

The redid this place a while back but its still a hassle getting in and out of here. The location is just too small for the amount of business it does.
