I won’t be the first to say that Jaxe & Grace has a wonderful selection of stylish clothes. There are designer tees, glamorous dresses, stunning jewelry, and so much more. What makes them stand out even better than the items they offer? Top notch customer service. The entire team, including the owner, are welcoming, courteous, helpful, and genuine. I know first hand it is not easy being a small business owner and managing the processes, so I am very impressed!Oh and the store smells incredible from products they offer too! ;)

I absolutely love Jaxe + Grace! Its my go to place anytime I need a fresh outfit for any occasion! Also, they have the BEST graphic tees! Its so nice to be able to go to a store and find clothes that are in style but also appropriate to wear to anything. I love this boutique! Very current on trends and have unique pieces! From jewelry to purses to jeans you cant go wrong. I love that they are a Christian based business as well. My only critique is that their sizes dont go small enough. While they have a wide range of curvy/plus sizes, the smallest size for adults seems to be S. While being size inclusive is very important and I applaud them for it, Im sure Im not the only woman who would benefit from a few XS and 0 items. 💕💕💕
I came to the store on Tuesday and this was my first visit. The store is Very clean and has cute options but I felt extremely unwelcome when I visited the store. I wasn’t greeted by the FULL staff like the other guest and I had to go up to one of the workers on my own to ask for help. Luckily she seemed like the only one nice enough to help unfortunately I didn’t get her name. I was looking for bell bottoms in two colors and I asked to try on two jeans the young lady seemed hesitant then set up a room and asked how many garments I had. This was no issue but she didn’t ask the same for another customer. I came out and they all stared at me as if I shouldn’t be shopping there. I tried to look around for tops since the jeans didn’t fit properly. (I’ve been trying to support local businesses )I was also slightly followed by one girl. I wish I could leave a good review but the place made me feel like I wasn’t welcome there so I went to two other boutiques Bleu blush and entourage that were extremely nice and helpful!
I have to say Rachel Smith and her girls are the sweetest people. I love coming on the boutique they always speak no matter what. I would recommend them to anyone in town. I have been in some boutiques in town that don’t even speak to you the entire time your in the store. This is not one of them. 🥰🥰❤️❤️
I visited this past weekend for the first time. the merchandise was really nice. it was super clean and there was a wide selection! i loved seeing really cute plus size clothes in a boutique as well. i wanted to get a new fall outfit, and i would have, except i felt like i was being hovered over the entire time i looked around. it made me very uncomfortable. judging by the numerous security cams, there has been an issue with theft, but is it really necessary to stand in the middle of the store and watch my every move? as a local business, they have the right to do so, but i would have bought several items if this was not my experience. just my thoughts :) i probably will return in the future for a second opinion, though.

I cant get enough of this place. They have great clothes in Georgia Southern colors. I love the inspirational chalk walls in the dressing rooms.So glad I signed up for their email list. I love the discounts and updates. They are accurate and helpful. Not to mention GREAT PRICES!!

Just wanted to brag on Jaxe + Grace a little. I traveled from Augusta just to shop here today. I messaged Rachel earlier today about what Myra bags were still in stock. The girls sent me pictures of every Myra style available and explained the differences with each. I ordered online using Afterpay and picked it up in store today! Ill make 4 payments on this gorgeous bag without even stressing on the fact I splurged on some retail therapy. Jaxe is the best! Theres a reason Ill drive two hours to shop at this local boutique which caters to everyone with every budget in mind! ❤️❤️❤️

This store is one of the best places in Statesboro to shop. I love that they cater to everyone and every size. The staff is also so amazing! They are always so sweet and helpful! Every time I go in I always end up finding so much stuff that I love! Good for me bad for my husband hahaha!
Really cant say enough good things about Jaxe+Grace. This boutique is run by one of the sweetest gals around and it is filled with items her customers/followers have a hand in choosing! If youre looking for gifts or a treat for yourself, check out Jaxe + Grace Boutique in downtown Statesboro. My sister introduced me to them and I was initially pretty skeptical due to negative experiences at other local boutiques but I am 100% addicted now. The atmosphere is very laid back and Rachel takes time to get to know each customer. You can even shop online and pick up in store! I will definitely be a frequent shopper!
Buyer beware: There is a 7-day hard and fast return policy here. If you do not make it back to exchange an item within this period, the store will not even offer you in-store credit. Items are typical mart fare that are offered in most small establishments. You’re looking at a 4 to 5 time use for most products.
Ive ordered items from her online pop up for my daughter. She has an amazing selection for women and children. Next time are in the area we plan to go to the physical store. Cant wait to get more Jaxe + Grace items for myself :).

I have found friends more like family I’ll have forever, that always give me the best advice if it’s an outfit I’m trying to find or if it’s a situation I’m going through in life. Their goals, are to welcome you with a smile & make your day better in anyway they can, I know because I use to be a Jaxe’s girl! Rachel’s heart is so big & you can tell by how great J+G is!!! If you’ve been to boutiques around Statesboro where you’ve felt uncomfortable because maybe your curvy or they just haven’t been the nicest, girls y’all are shopping at the wrong boutique!
