This place is great. The crew there knows appliances. My dryer broke and they helped me troubleshoot and figured out what the issue was. They even had the parts in stock! I got the dryer repaired and drying clothes the same day!

We woke up to a dead refrigerator which was purchased from S&W 25 years ago. We immediately went to S&W. Chris patiently explained the different options. We chose a refrigerator. S&W delivered a new refrigerator to our house at 1 p.m. the same day! S&W also took the dead refrigerator away. No delivery fee, no haul away fee, and amazing customer service.

Could not be happier. Our refrigerator was leaking water so we went there looking to buy a new one. Reluctantly ready to spend a couple of grand.The salesman asked what was wrong with ours and, when we told him, he said, I know whats wrong. We can fix that.He knew we were willing to buy, but he still told us it could be fixed. They came by less than a week later, fixed the problem and even fixed something else while they were there. All for under $150.Dont go anywhere else! These people treat you right!
