Didnt find what I wanted at a different dealership and pasted by this one. Went in to see their truck selection and was greeted with authentic, honest people. I worked directly with Mike to find a certified used F150 and love my truck. Mike was very knowledgeable, cordial, and helpful in the process. The finance department worked with me to get the rates that would work for my budget. Everyone was very helpful and respectful of my time and finances. Really love my truck and the way it drives. Happy to have the Obaugh team to support me in purchasing the F150.

Poor service. I got a new SUV, it is seldom use and after 2yrs, it requires engine change. Just lucky that its still on warranty. Service department said it will take them 2-3 days to fix. 3 days passed and I called them, they said its not yet ready and it will be 1 week now. Problem is they dont provide LOANER car. I hope they will improve their service and should provide loaner car incase they cant commit to their schedule. This is a burden to those with only 1 car.Update 9/22/2021: Called again this morning to check. As usual the car is still not available. I asked the lady why it tokes so long to fix and to my surprise she answered.... Im just answering the phone. VERY RUDE! How can they attract customer if they behave like this. I really hope the management will look into this. matter.

Hit a deer, insurance covered it, they fixed it. My window still halfway works a year later, half the front bumper pins and bolts are not even there. i notice more and more things as time passes. Honestly, i hope you have good dealings with them, but i will not be going back.

This was a routine oil change and check of system, rotate tires, and check pressure. No wait on checking in and job was completed quicker than expected. Had a chance to talk to my sales representative about comments made about my neighbors Expedition and the hard time he had removing tire lug bolts. This neighbor does a lot of his own maintenance.My sales representative said it had been a problem but it is a choice between rusting of replacement bolts and having a protective surface. Since my neighbor used his own air tools he could have overtorqued.

Horrible!! Held my car for 3 weeks, misfixed it twice and then offered no compensation for all of their misdeeds. I emailed and called the GM, Greg Obaugh, and he never responded to either. The lack of care and concern is inexcusable! Needless to say, I won’t be back and would steer everyone clear of this substandard dealership! I have owned Fords for my entire adult life but I see a Honda in my future!

I am sad to give this dealership 1 star, however after my recent visits I must not give this dealership any other rating or my business any longer. I have purchased every vehicle I have ever owned from this dealer and would like to say this is no reflection of the sales team. They have always been polite and helpful to me even long after the sales. My poor visits have all been had with the service department. They are always very rude and unwilling to help in anyway outside the basic. Today, I was dropping my father off at the service center to pick up his vehicle that they had failed to repair by the day they claimed. I had stopped in front of a closed bay as there was no parking to let him out then I was going to leave. Without being there for more than 15 seconds, I was confronted by a staff member telling me to move my truck. I politly told him I was dropping someone off however the disrespectful tone of the gentleman has been my last straw on top of other times. I love Ford vehicles, but I must now change dealers.

Had a really terrible experience here. My manual transmission Ford Focus broke down on the highway and after I managed to get it to them I had to rent a car from them to get home to Connecticut, a 10 hour drive. They took two weeks to replace a clutch and a flywheel on a seven year old car, for over $3,000. An engineer at Ford (friend) told me there was no way the flywheel needed to be replaced. Every day that went by made my return trip more dangerous (I’m 70 years old) during the surging pandemic, yet there was no apology or concern for my welfare or effort to speed up the repairs. Despite at least three calls for updates so that I could plan my return, they let me know on the Wednesday afternoon before Thanksgiving that it was ready. Because of all the uncertainty they caused, my traditional Thanksgiving dinner was cancelled.The service department told me I could just drop the keys to the rental in a box when I came to get the car, yet the rental department called me on Friday morning at 11:00 to say that if I didn’t get the car back by 11:15 a.m., they’d charge me more. They did not say how much more, but they did not care that there had been a holiday and that I had to come from very far away. I was told that the rental department was separate from the service department. Apparently, they don’t talk to each other, either, or ever make exceptions for extenuating circumstances. I just wanted to get out of there as fast as possible and knew they’d charge me however much they wanted! So much for southern hospitality!Basically, they knew they could get away with taking advantage of me and so they did, by taking two weeks to do the repair and not even considering giving me a break on the cost of the rental and replacing a major part that did not need to be replaced. These people are inefficient, dishonest and unprofessional.Beware!

There is a reason I travel from Harrisonburg to Staunton to purchase my vehicles from Paul Obaugh Ford in Staunton Virginia. The customer service alone is worth the travel. Over the years I have purchased 6 vehicles from this dealership and I will certainly keep coming back to them. I want to give a shout out to Roger Aldhizer the general manager who always treats you as a friend; Sherri Hull the Finance Manager who will treat you like your her family and Mike Mayo in sales who always works hard to get the deal thats right for you. I have 3 other Ford dealerships that are closer to me however, even if I had to drive 3 hours I would still come to Paul Obaugh in Staunton. Trust me, you wont be disappointed.

The oil change was well worth it because I received a sheet that showed in detail what the service had included and what labor had been completed. I was impressed that I was even given the exact measurement of tire tread I had left! The service representatives were also very personable and willing to answer some technical questions I had. Thats why I have been coming back to Obaugh Ford for years. Last, I was reassured by what accommodations to the present virus epidemic had been made.

Went to Malloy for the last one and will never go back there, that was about a 7 hour process and just an awful experience! With obaugh it was quick and easy! One of my vehicles I bought from them I did it from home through text messaging while painting my house, I only had to go in to do the final signing! Wow !!!! What a great experience. Just purchased a Certified 2019 For F250 and cant say enough about this deal. Our salesman Mike Mayo was just great to deal with. He worked hard to get us a good deal on our trade in and handled everything just perfect. The finance person Sherry even came in on her day off to handle the paperwork.She had everything completed and ready to go before we got there so we were able to get everything signed and out the door in under 20 minutes. We took our F-150 to have an engine diagnostic performed. While speaking to the lady behind the counter, the mechanic overheard the conversation about needing something in writing because we might have to go to court over the engine warranty. Us not knowing, the mechanic waited till we left and refused to work on the truck. While returning that evening they escorted us outside and informed us what the mechanic said, spoke to the service manager about the issue and he did nothing either. Thought we would have gotten better service then that.

The service was very good, however, there were a couple of issues. First they did not put the seat back the way they found it, Second I had just cleaned the floor mats and they didnt put anything down so when I got back into my car, there was mud all over the mats. Two simple steps they should have done,. The Third was after 4 days my oil light came on, they didnt reset the oil sensor in the car.

Found an Expedition that met family needs and​ pre-owned certified met our budget. The 1.9% 36 month financing incentive was a plus. Nice ride, clean and well maintained, like new.This purchase was for the wifes daily driver, however with seating capacity, cargo volume, safety and towing ability, this 4x4 SUV is versatile for numerous activities and adventures. Lord.... where do I start. First the positive. The service writer, Velma, I think was her name doesn’t get paid enough. She was the only person there with a ounce of customer service. Jeff, the service manager should be FIRED. Bottom line. My car was in the shop for a “Charging system error”. It was under warranty which means only 3 day car rental coverage. My car was in there from February 4 until the end of February. Drove it home and the next day, same error. Back to the shop again and after over another week when I picked it up, I was told ummmmm may not be fixed... we just don’t know. My mirror was damaged somewhere between the tow and the delivery to their shop to the time of over $1,000 to repair and no one “knew” what happened to it. I was informed by, you guessed it, good ole Jeff... call your insurance company and file a claim... after my survey that Ford sent and my response, good ole Jeff started jumping through hoops to be nice... A little to late for that sheep in wolves clothing to try. Over all being a ex wife of a certified Ford master tech, I’ve come to a conclusion that they hire welfare to work people because not one person in that whole place could diagnose and fix a simple module issue......

My husband took his Ford F150 the to have a problem with headlights diagnosed. The mechanics where rude, assuming that he had put the aftermarket in and missing it up (he had purchased it with aftermarket). Then they told him it would be $1200 to replace the headlights. My husband told them to put it together and he wound pick it up. They got even ruder with him after that. They never called him to tell him it was ready and then tried to charge him $220 for a diagnostic. When I called them out on this they did lower it to $120 without a fuss, because the was no reason for such a high bill considering they did not perform any actual work. My husband then took his truck to another dealership who is replacing the headlights for $500!!!! They completely tried to take advantage of us. Wouldnt recommend there service department for anything.

Used Car Manager Jimmy Lewis told me to pound sand. I purchased an F350 on the provision that it was a 60 cab to axle, measurement, after 3 confirmations with the salesman, I was assured it was 60, had my bank wire them the money, ordered a 60 service body, only to find out 6 weeks later it was a 56. After giving Mr Lewis a fair option, told me they were not going to make it right and to pound sand.

Every aspect of our experience with your dealership was excellent. We had been in an accident just up the road on the interstate. Our car was towed there. Every person we dealt with was friendly, efficient and professional. They helped us move on from a bad experience. We were back on the road after only two hours, which includes the roadside police report, waiting for a tow truck, getting towed, getting a rental car, and transferring our belongings. I am usually very satisfied with the Paul Obaugh Ford Service department as they have been servicing my 2013 F250 Super Duty Diesel from the time it was new. It now has 70,000 miles and I just had the Works package performed on it with tire rotation. The service department provides their customers with a vehicle health report after each oil change. When I read my health report I noticed that my tires were marked all GREEN, meaning there was no problems with my tires at all. Well, here is where my dissatisfaction comes in. After the 65,000 mile Works package was performed, All 4 tires were marked YELLOW, meaning that the tread wear is getting close to replacement. So, in 5000 miles, my tires actually gained tread instead of loosing it!!I saw whom I believe was the service manager and I told him of my concern. He sent a technician to my truck and the rear tires are in the YELLOW range but the front tires were actually in the RED range (tread depth at 3/32 or less!!!I use these health reports to keep up with my trucks maintenance. Now, I question there accuracy. If they are not going to provide me with 100 percent accurate information, then dont give me any!!Did they actually check my fluid levels and battery condition? Who knows! I am certain that they didnt inspect my tires. I may be looking for another Ford dealership to service my truck next time.Very disappointed in Paul Obaugh Service Department.
