Great staff that are always helpful with tips for any occasion. Definitely one of the only highlights to come out of this dilapidated mall. Seems like they always have a deal or sale going on and my wife cant get enough. Im not a huge scent or candle person but their recommendations for air fresheners, soaps, and cologne were spot on. Ill be sure to come back again

I went to the store to purchase a gift card on the 28 of April 2018 for my mom’s birthday, they sent through the transaction and as I was about to leave they called me back telling me that they have a system error and that the gift card was empty, they then said that they canceled the transaction and that no money would be deducted from my account, I saw it pending to be deducted after I left so I called the store and told them, they assured me that when the pending date comes it will be canceled. I woke up this morning, checked my account, my money was gone. I called them back to inform them that I need my money back today, the cashier to me that she will have to call corporate and call me back. After she called me back she told me that they opened a case for me and she then gave me the case number and their customer service number. I called customer service, gave them the case number, the woman told me that they are going to “look into it,” and she put me on hold. When she came back she’s telling me that they reversed the transaction and I will be getting my money back 3-5 business days and if I don’t get it back I should call them back Monday. So because of their error I suffer and have to wait 1 week for them to give me my money back, that’s ridiculous.
