The ease of completing order requests online has been fantastic, every item as been delivered as specified, and although I have not utilized it.. they also offer cleaning and sanitizing to cooler units. I love not having to put much thought into our water delivery and just trusting that Crystal Springs will continue to do a great job.

Cancelling service. Have not had delivery in months. Cant get anyone on the phone.

We had to have our cooler replaced twice because it started turning green inside. It was so gross. We have started to look at competitive products and guess what we found? They not only deliver a cooler and water, they clean and sanitize the unit regularly. Im not sure if that is a service Crystal Springs was supposed to supply but they certainly never did it. We could not stomach drinking the water anymore.

ZERO STARS!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! Ever since Crystal springs bought Shenandoah Valley Water, the service has been wholly unacceptable! They delivered the wrong product to the wrong address, then the wrong product to the right address, then delivered the wrong product AGAIN! It has been nearly 6 months that we have not received the appropriate service, and 2 months that we have been waiting for the route manager to approve a credit on our account in order to make amends. I have spent 4 hours total between being on hold and explaining all that has gone wrong, and still have no water. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!

Shen Water sold out to Crystal Springs a month or so ago. Shen Water didnt let us know a head of time (people using private label) and it has been SUCH a HASSEL to get an answer. I have been playing phone tag with Crystal Springs for close to a month now, not getting an answer for a refund or credit. I will be cancelling services soon.
