Small friendly service. Only reason for 4 stars was for the food trailer. Seemed as though options were limited and speed was definitely not a priority. Quality of food was amazing! Would recommend and will definitely eat there again.

If you are trying to source TRUE olive oil from Greece, or TRUE Balsamic vinegar from Italy, go to Stanleys. Looking for some delicious craft food products, go to Stanleys. If you want friendly folks, who are extremely knowledgable about meat and vegetables, go to Stanleys. Ask Chuck or Sherry for a recipe suggestion, they have never given me bad advice. If you want to buy the BEST bacon in the world, go to Stanleys (definitely get some bacon!!!) This little grocery/meat market is just like the little grocers that used to exist all over the country. This is the way that shopping should be. When you want to find a better, more personal, experience than shopping at the mega-marts, go to Stanleys. Try the ham biscuits, country cooked ham, THE BACON, the beef, or everything else. If its in Stanleys, its good….period!When you visit, you might ask, What would you suggest?. These are good, kind people that truly care about the product, the shop, and your satisfaction. Im not talking about breakfast sausage (although they carry bfast sausage too). Im talking about Local Craft Beer Flavored Bratwurst, Kielbasa, Sweet and Hot Italian Sausages. These things are DELECTABLE! It is so nice to be able to trust the people making the sausage are sanitary, and that the ingredients are quality. You wont find those nasty bits of bone, or gristle in these wieners. They dont shrink up to a third the size when the overload of fat melts either. The Stanley Market sausages are the perfect ratio of lean meat, and just enough fat to make them juicy and delicious. I would put these sausages up against the European masters. Who knows…Maybe Chuck has some Bavarian in his bloodline. You can celebrate Oktoberfest anytime, thanks to Stanley Meat Market. The Italian sausage are spiced with master accuracy also. If pasta night is on the menu, you wont go wrong with the Sweet Italian Sausages. Try smoking the Kielbasa for an INCREDIBLE sandwich. If youre anywhere near Staunton, go out of your way to stock up on the provisions that Stanley Meat Market offers. You wont regret it!
