Waiting On A Rx For A Hour ! Was Told I Would Get A Text For Pickup, Never Received A Text So I Decided To Go Back To Speak To Someone & Was Told The Pharmacist Was Busy Doing Covid Vaccines. Came To The Pharmacy Because Of Troubled Breathing & Was Picking Up A Asthma Pump . To Wait A Hour Is Ridiculous As I Watch The Pharmacist Continue To Take More Guest In For Vaccines . Will Not Be Using Walmart Pharmacy Anymore ! This Is Not The First Time I Had Trouble With Their Pharmacy But It Will Be The Last !

This pharmacy sucks. I’ve been standing in the consultation line for a very long time, I held up my hands to get some assistance and they didn’t even acknowledge me. It’s not my fault they have to work on a Sunday. Maybe it’s the color of my skin because they didn’t seem happy to see me.

The generic pills that my pharmacy switched to are not working for me and I needed to switch to a generic manufacturer that will work for me - my pharmacy would not order a different manufacturer - take it or leave it - I called Walmart and they were most helpful - ordered the pills from manufacturer that has worked for me and called my pharmacy to get my prescription changed to them - all very professional and friendly

A little slow, hard to get prescriptions sent through fax here, out of stock of meds fairly often.

A Doctor sent a prescription & we called 2 hours before getting there, asked how long they would take, they said 30 minutes. Get here 2 hours later with them telling us that they don’t have it ready yet & had to wait almost an hour :).

Just thought you should know that the employees here are not helpful. My SIL was there earlier and watched this scene: “cart pusher at Walmart in Staunton...92 yr old man ask you to unload his cat litter and you said you can’t because you are too busy... I’m sure your momma is proud of you!!! ...I loaded his whole buggy for ya...”So proud of her but just sorry she didn’t get the name of the inconsiderate ****** that would do such a thing! Shame on you WalMart. Knew I didn’t like you for a reason!

They never have your prescriptions ready when you come to pick up, most likely to get you to walk around the store and shop for 20 minutes.

The pharmacists and the pharmacy technicians are very helpful. What alot of people dont understand, is, that if there is a problem with their prescriptions, its usually the insurance companies, not Wal-Mart. And also, most people dont understand, is they fill hundreds and hundreds of prescription every day, so if you have to wait 20 minutes, you should feel lucky to get it in that time frame.

Overall, the staff completely lacks customer service skills. They over-promise and under-deliver regularly. They do not care to problem solve. I am definitely moving my business elsewhere,

Definitely the worst pharmacy around. You always have atleast a 10 minute or longer wait. If you get your prescription sent over by a Dr you better call to make sure its ready before you go or they will tell you to wait another 15-20 minute wait even though it was sent hours ago. Please find another pharmacy.

The pharmacy is busy because its prices are lower than other pharmacies but the line goes quickly and the service is always friendly.

Physically handed off a script at the pharmacy and was asked if I was going to wait there for it to be filled. I asked how long the script would take to fill and was told one hour. I explained that I was going across the street for a minute but would return and could I receive a notice via text when it was ready? I decided to sit outside in my car when I came back to the store and did not receive a text within an hour. After an hour and 40 minutes, I decided to call and find out how much longer it would take. We are out of that medicine was the reply I received. I asked why I wasnt told that upon my script being entered into the computer and was told, We dont know that until we physically walk to the shelf to fill an order. I asked, Why did I not get a text or phone call letting me know that it wasnt available? I NEED that medicine. Here is the glib reply I received, We cant call everyone when we are out, we are too busy. I let the person know that this was a terrible way of doing business, that inventory cant possibly be controlled by just noticing a missing spot on the shelf and she didnt apologize or offer to check the Waynesboro pharmacy or anything. Like most people who work at Walmart, they have the, Its not our fault and Im going to make you (the customer), feel responsible for our lack of customer service and quality of service (or lack thereof) . This is why I gladly give my loyalty and patronage to places that care, like Kroger.

Wonderful people, great service! The staff immediately helped me figure out what I needed. They were quick, knowledgeable, and pleasant. I would definitely come here again!

I have now been waiting for over an hour and a half for a simple antibiotic prescription. The most commonly prescribed antibiotic in the nation. And it has taken over an hour and half and still counting.If you have the option of going absolutely anywhere else to get your prescription filled, do that. Our day has now been ruined due to the staffs ridiculous slowness.

Absolutely pathetic. Called to refill a prescription well over 24 hours in advance. Was told it would be ready at 2. Show up after 4, waited in line for 15 minutes to be told to sit on the bench because the prescription wasn’t ready but she would bump it up. If anyone is served by Sandra, she doesn’t like any inconvenience on her and heaven forbid if you ask for something out of her job description. She is incredibly rude. I’m gladly taking my business elsewhere.

Unprofessional and judgmental

Horrible service. Prescription not ready when I was told it would be. It seems they don’t start it until you ask. When it was ready, it apparently sat on a counter and no one told me it was ready. Who knows how long. I get my mother’s Rx here and have never had good service.

Horrible experience. Script called in at 3 pm. Went to pickup at 7 pm. After 30 min wait was told it was not ready. It would be another 15 mins. Well. 30 mins later and no script filled. I might have the earliest seat for black Friday.

Shelves empty, no one to check you out, out of date product. The produce area is pitiful. I only spend a third at Walmart from what I used to spend. Cant seem to find help in many departments

Walmart pharmacy is the only reason to go to Walmart in Staunton Virginia. Thats the only one I know except for the Walmart in Waynesboro is horrible understaffed and Nessie. The Walmart pharmacy in Staunton however, even though they seem busy with lines they move you in and out and they know what they are doing. They have the medicine that their doctor orders and so I got to Walmart pharmacy because its the best around. I used to go to CVS for 30 years and then they just got above their raisinas my mama used to say. Which means that the pharmacy part, the people behind the counter or just slow and rude and have really no interest in helping you.

Place is a joke cant fill anything in a timely manner every time I have stuff filed takes forever that place would make a great mini storage area
