I would go somewhere else. I wanted to get a double pane glass replace in my window. 5 weeks later i call to see if in yet. I drop it off and pick up after they close. Window was measured wrong but installed it anyway. Took it back for re measure 2 weeks later i have to call to see if it was in. Yes all they needed to do is install and i can pick it up. They didnt even have the frame. They need office staff that knows whats going on. Will never use them again.

Local small business. Friendly, competent, and reasonable charge. Because they are a small shop with a large order book, get in line early to do your job.After 20 years, the screen windows in my 24 sash windows home were in pretty poor shape. House is custom construction so window frames non-standard. They were careful, rechecking measurements, and adjusting the one that did not fit (no extra charge). Much tighter and now properly seated so bugs very frustrated - a good thing.

I asked them to frame a US flag as they would a screen, an unusual request. They jumped on it and got it done that same day. It looks great and I appreciate their can do attitude.

We have used Staunton glass for many jobs over the years.. they give quality service and are always prompt and professional.

Everything is a big problem with these folks, and they seem very uncomfortable with custom installations. Disorganized and not customer-oriented. I finally had to use a company with more expertise.
