People think we dont communicate well with our customers. When customers call we could be on the phone with someone else, helping someone that shows up, or we may not even be here. We try the best we can but leave voice mail. That way we know for sure you called and why so then maybe we can call you back thank you J and D Secretary

Poor communication. They’ve had my truck for 3 weeks now and I’ve called 4 different times to try to get an update with the same response each time. Would not recommend solely on communication alone.

Just to be clear, one “horrible” review had nothing to do with the shop or service whatsoever. It was due to the unpleasant demeanor of a person who was served as fair as any other customer believing that she/he was entitled to be priority over everyone else. The “horrible” part was the poor attitude of the customer being serviced, not the customer service. Ask anyone about this shop and you’ll soon understand that they are tough to beat in service, quality, craftsmanship and cost!

One of my very best friends broke down (car misfiring) in Staunton bringing it back to Atlanta from Boston. Her car hadnt been driven up there in 2 winters. The first place in Staunton she brought it to charged her $300 for plugs/plug wires and not much else. They wanted $550+ to do additional work. I found John Jackson from Googling back here in Atlanta, called him and described the symptoms her car was having and he got her back on the road for less than $200. Hes an honourable person and in this day and time that means a lot.T Hebert
