Love my Bianco Drift Caesarstone countertops. Originally, I wanted granite and priced at 3 other places, 2 where you could see the slabs and 1 kitchen/bath store. If you are pricing granite, make sure you are comparing apples to apples. I visited homes where the granite was not finished or sealed underneath so its rough, can catch on clothes & fingerprints can eventually leak through & bad seams. Not all places are giving a 15 year seal & some include the sealing in the price, some add it on. Marty Rogers at TTS Granite was great to work with. Their price was reasonable, not the cheapest nor the most expensive. When they give you a date for installation, they keep that date. Its a sure thing. Their fabricators and employees have been with them for a long time and are experienced. That was the problem with the kitchen/bath shop who subcontracted with a fabricator. I had no idea of their workmanship or how experienced they were even though their price was a few hundred dollars cheaper. I was ready to buy the granite when I saw the slab of Bianco Drift Caesarstone which would work better with my gray painted cabinets. I called one of the other granite cos. to get their price. It was $2,000 more than TTS! TTS professionalism and quality of work is wonderful. I sat comfortably with my coffee as they installed the counter, sink, faucet & garbage disposal. I think they were in and out in 2 hours. Absolutely would use them again.

They threatened me and my wife. Very bad service.

We had TTS Granite come out and replace our kitchen and both bathroom countertops. Within a week of picking the slab, we had our countertops installed. We noticed a small crack around the kitchen sink cut out that would have caused water stains overtime due to our well water. They immediately came out and evaluated the situation. Working together we were able to pick out a new Granite slab which they came out and replaced within a week. We are very grateful for them honoring their work. Recommend.

Marty and Juan are amazing. I wanted to put an electrical outlet after 8 years of kitchen island ownership. I bought a popup outlet and they installed it in under an hour. Very professional. Highly recommend and fair pricing. Great business.

Not good customer service.

This review should have been written about 2 years ago and I probably wouldnt have written one now except Im tired of being the subject of poor customer service by companies that feel, possibly, that the proverbial wool can be pulled over a womans eyes. Beautiful granite, great selection, poor customer service....settled in court.

Great Service, Great Quality and reasonable. Kathy is very knowledgeable and so helpful. She helped design our kitchen and bathroom. Quick turn around after measurements were taken and very professional. I would recommend TTS over anyone else in the area.

I wish we had a positive experience with TTS Granite but we didn’t. We hired them to install granite countertops for our kitchen last month and since then it has been a costly nightmare. Don’t get me wrong, the countertops look beautiful but they are not worth the headache and additional expenses we have incurred since they were installed. The lack of communication from TTS during the pre-installation and installation process literally has cost us hundreds and hundreds of dollars. Plus we still have pending expenses. We told TTS that we were going to upgrade our cooktop. They told us that all they needed were the dimensions of the new cooktop so that they could cut the countertop to accommodate the new appliance. We sent them the dimensions including the brand name and model number. Unfortunately, TTS failed to share with us that even though we picked an appliance with the same width (because that’s what they told us to do) that there could be a possibility that the depth may be different. And, if that is the case then we would be responsible for hiring a contractor to cut the inside of the cabinet so that the new appliance would fit. After the countertops had been cut, the lead installer told us that the new cooktop wouldn’t fit and that we’d have to hire someone to cut the inside of our custom cabinets. We did and now our customized features like the pull out drawer no longer work. TTS gifts you with a free stainless steel sink with the purchase of countertops. We asked how difficult the connection process was and were told that it’s not difficult at all. What TTS failed to share was that their sinks fall lower and that one basin falls extremely low and that it’s best to hire a plumber. Lastly, we shared that we were going to upgrade our dishwasher. Again, we were told to make sure that our new dishwasher is the same size as our existing one so that it would fit inside the space. We did. Unfortunately, on the day of installation, the installers pushed our old dishwasher back too far and then laid the countertop on it with no wiggle room to pull it out like we had been able to do prior to TTS installing the new countertops. Because of this, we could not (nor could the appliance delivery team or two professional plumbers) pull it out of the space without damaging our kitchen floor. Everyone INCUDING THE TTS LEAD INSTALLER said that in order to remove the old dishwasher and install a new one, we would have to break approximately 9-10 tiles on our existing ceramic floor. We reached out to TTS several times since the countertops were installed and their response to all of this has been “WE’RE SORRY BUT OUR JOB WAS TO INSTALL THE COUNTERTOPS AND WE DID. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CHARGES POST INSTALLATION.” Needless to say we are beyond livid. EVERY PROFESSIONAL that has helped us with these post installation issues cannot believe TTS didn’t disclose anything to us about what could happen and so on. ALL OF THEM HAVE SAID THE EXACT SAME THING AND THAT IS “TTS SHOULD HAVE WARNED US AND/OR COMMUNICATED TO US WHAT COULD GO WRONG AND AT THE VERY LEAST BEEN MORE TRANSPARENT THROUGHOUT THE PROCESS.” We can’t undo what they have done even though we wish we could. We hope this post will help someone who is considering purchasing countertops with TTS Granite. Maybe it will inspire you to go elsewhere for countertops like we wish we had.

Have used TTS twice now great selection and quality installation. Would highly recommend.

We had a quartz kitchen countertop and sink installed last week. First they sent someone to measure, which was quick and efficient. One week later they installed the countertop. The installers were on time, worked diligently, and in a couple of hours we had a new, beautiful countertop. They were a pleasure to do business with.

The people at TTS Granite were extremely helpful in assisting me and my wife with our selection of counter-tops for our kitchen. We selected the Taj Royale by Caesarstone with an ogee edge. Our large kitchen has taken on an elegant appearance. The measurements were precise and the installation was carefully executed. The craftsmanship of the fabrication and the precision of the installation was flawless. We are very satisfied with the work ethic and attention to every detail that went into providing us with a quality product. We would highly recommend TTS Granite to anyone considering counter-tops for their home.
