I have been going here for 2 years and if I didnt have some sort of experience myself with my own color...well...even to ask a simple question, they have no clue and like I asked if they had a wrap around towel for when you get out of the shower no one knew...she had to go search the store herself and then I had a question about a hair color and she could not answer me and said she would look it up but she never did. There was a person there who survived a fire and they suggested she wash her hair in Tide. I tried to get them to buy the ion cleanser and then take distilled water to rinse but...I feel sorry for that girl and I have also witnessed an employee suggesting a high school girl who had damaged her hair and just wanted to look good to graduate actually suggest more damaging solutions... I was like...just condition you hair and get some hair extensions that come down under your cap...I am going to make a point to never go into that store and to order my stuff online as Sallys isnt the only place that you can get products from. I hope they close down as they obviously do not teach their employees anything!!! But yet they will offer you to open a Sallys credit card....Like these people are making peoples hair fall out! They have no clue about anything! I will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!
Sales girl and manager have very poor people skills. Pressured a teenager into buying an expensive piercing gun when she clearly stated what she wanted. Then refused to refund the item because it was a final sale claiming it was stated in the back of the receipt, but failed miserably to verbally announce the sale was final. Hire new employees!

They have zero knowledge, they guess, and are all sell happy!I was provided a terrible suggestion that was PROMISED it would work, I go back because it looked TERRIBLE, I was given I dont know, maybe, you can always try it... seriously??? I understand that basic purchase knowledge is required but I DONT KNOW ? MAYBE? TRY IT? Are you kidding me???? I just spent $200 fixing my mistake at trusting your employees . I am not thrilled with your company or your services. You are a joke and a disaster!
