I first went in a few weeks ago and explained the situation to one of the salesmen. Who said I could get a ticket printed that day and it would be the same price. So I did that and went in yesterday, and got my mattress delivered today. The guys who delivered were super nice and super professional as well. Would definitely go back.

The employees at Mattressville were very attentive to our needs and helped us find the perfect mattresses for our sleeping styles. They were all very patient with our lengthy decision process. The free (same day!) delivery and haul off were awesome as well. The delivery crew was fast and efficient as well.

I had a difficult move right after the ice storm and they were so amazing in delivering my new mattress to my new home in north Dallas the day of my move! It made the world of difference to me since I didn’t have a moving truck. Thank you guys so much you’re so great!

They gave good service in the store, but the delivery has a lot to be desired. We had a delivery scheduled for Tuesday, March 23, but they postponed it to Wednesday, the 24th. They then called and said it would be delayed until Thursday.

Brandon is Awesome! He sold me a a great mattress and the electronic base so I can keep my legs elevated at night instead of using a pillow. I also pitched the cooling pillow which I s great! It keeps me cool at night. I also received a mattress cover that one side keeps your bed warm or flipp and it keeps you cool! The delivery guys were great too!

I called earlier in the week to see if they had a Nectar on the floor. Ira told me no, but they would have one when I got there. He listened to what my husband and I were going to do, and helped us achieve our goal. Ash was a sweetie and very patient. Made some other suggestions besides nectar and staying in our budget not pushing upsale. Ultimately we got the nectar, but at least we feel like we made an informed decision. Great company who was willing to deliver on the same day I bought my mattress for FREE ! They showed up and removed my old mattress and installed my new mattress. Even hauled off my old mattress. Store was super clean and staff greeted me and my wife at the door with a smile and great customer service. Don’t be cheap like I was wanting to be. Buy the best mattress they have ! You will not be disappointed. It’s amazing how much better we sleep with our new mattress. Thank you Mattressville for making sleep great again for me and my wife.

Excellent service, good prices, and free delivery/haul-off. I have a bad back, so I wanted to go with a local mattress store, knowing that I would likely have to exchange mattresses until I found the right one that would allow me to sleep comfortably.
