Fast service good staff. Only issues is with the professors not giving the bookstore enough leadtime to get some books in for start of school

Theyre great help but Ive had issues with ordering books and them suddenly not having it in the store or being able to obtain it from another publisher or university, then refunding me my money without letting me know. Or having books on backorder and having no idea when theyll be there as your class is about to start.

Great bookstore found everything I needed for college

I’ve ordered merchandise from them twice. I received my orders promptly, and I got exactly what I ordered (which is why it’s not a 1 star review). The problem is that the quality is very POOR! For the second time, I have received a shirt with very crooked screen printing. And it’s NOT EVEN CLOSE! My guess is that this is a vendor issue. Whoever has that contract to do the screen printing for the “Tarleton” shirts does an absolutely terrible job! I bought this sweatshirt for a friend as a Xmas gift. When I pulled it out of the box and saw it, I was so disappointed! There was NO WAY I was giving that as a gift. And it wasn’t a cheap shirt...>$30. That’s unacceptable! How do you send that to a paying customer at Xmas time, knowing that it was probably going to be a gift? Unacceptable!My advice...think twice before ordering apparel from them online.

Books and school supplies. Your one stop shop.

From never getting books shipped to never being able to download a digital book, I would highly suggest going elsewhere for text books.

Parking a nuisance.

I felt like Tarleton was a very good school everyone was so cheerful and welcoming. Everyones spirit was so colorful. I thoroughly enjoyed my tour of this campus.

Why is it called a bookstore when they sell no books. Always out of stock and always overpriced. Students better to look elsewhere

This place has all of the needed supplies for stuff in class. A little pricey at times, but convenient, and it also offers a ton of great Tarleton gear.

Eh. It is really overpriced and with Wal-Mart stepping up their game it is almost pointless to shop here. There are some rare cool products that you wouldnt really be able to find elsewhere
