Keep calling to get our iron filter fixed with no reply and their voicemail box is full. No running water with a hospice patient here. Terrible service

After his system failed and ruined my belongings and my home Kecin the owner tried to make think I had an intruder that came into my garage and cut the line. I left him to collect his equipment alone and he cut the line to make his story look legit. When my husband confronted him about he made up a story on why he did that. I hope no one tries to get over on his wife! Then said it would cost us another $600 for him to reinstall. No worries Kevin I will contact the BBB and I hope the insurance doesnt make you repay them since you encourage me to file a claim on my insurance.
