Driving through Stephenville and found this place and it was so good! The worker taking our order was so sweet and patient with helping us find a coffee wed be pleased with getting! I got the Beard Man Iced and it was amazing!

Beans and Franks now serves the famous Pizza Place pizza. The have some good coffee, the mocha frappe is my favorite here

I basically order Texan brew every morning because its the most smoothest cup Ive had from a coffee shop. Also the setup is really nice indoors if you ever get a safe chance to go in! And the workers are really nice and friendly!

If you are able-bodied and healthy, this rating should be a five star. If you have handicapping conditions or disabilities, this place gives multiple challenges. We are challenged by needing wheelchair handicapped accessibility at restaurants.This is a recently opened second Beans and Franks restaurant in a newly remodeled building. We figured entry would be through the front door. There was no handicapped parking space in front of the building so that should have been our first clue. There is a sign that says additional parking in the rear but nothing about handicapped parking or accessible entrance.Upon entering we saw a beautiful dining room with many tables. To order, however, one needs to go down a long staircase to the order counter. Obviously, a wheelchair is not going to be able to do that. There was no elevator.My husband went downstairs and ordered our lunches from a board with plentiful choices of frankfurters and beans. We kept our choices simple and chose chilli dogs, baked beans, and sodas. Upon climbing the stairs with our drinks he tripped and made a huge mess. The staff was kind and helpful and cleaned it up. They delivered our meals and a chocolate chip cookie.When ordering my husband pointed out that there were no tables in the lower area, so seating was on the upper floor even if one used the backdoor entry. Obviously, not workable for the mobility impaired whether using a cane, crutches, walker, or wheelchair.A revisit of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 would be insightful and helpful to make this restaurant accessible for customers with handicapping conditions and/or disabilities. The ADA was enacted 30 years ago to enable accessibility to public places for people with handicapping conditions and disabilities.The restrooms were on the lower floor, but since I couldnt get there from the upper floor, I cant report on handicapped accessibility. It would have been burdensome to exit the building from the upper floor front entrance and re-enter through the back door fist floor entrance only to use the restroom.As we left and drove behind the building we discovered the handicapped accessible parking spaces were there with a convenient handicapped accessible entrance.The dining room was populated by Tarleton University students working on laptops. This appears to be a perfect place for students to work in a quiet area and get a great meal.If you are able-bodied and healthy, this restaurant is a great place for a meal and study opportunities. If you are mobility impaired there are much better restaurants that are ADA compliant in the area.A convenient drive-thru is available, but neither it nor take-out are a reasonable accommodation for the handicapped and disabled potential customers.

Local place great for meeting and full of good times

The place is nice and the people is friendly, however they still need a little improvement with their coffee, they gave me an iced americano instead of a cold brew

First time there coffee was good breakfast sandwich was good Id go back if Im in stephenville
