I have been to multiple eye doctors in my life. Dr Moon was one of the nicest I have seen. He was patient and nice to all of my children. Even the child who wouldn’t cooperate and sit up. The selection of glasses were clearly marked by price (something clear eyes across town does not do). I walked away paying a fraction of the price compared to clear eyes. There were enough staff as well to meet our needs the whole time. The woman helping with our insurance and glasses was especially nice and attentive. Great job guys!!!

I called a couple weeks ago to order my son some contacts and I spoke with a lady named Tonya. I found out my son’s prescription was expired so I was going to see if I could schedule him an appointment that week because he ran out of contacts. The lady told me that TSO was booked until the end of July and that there was nothing I could do, before I could even respond to tell her that he could wait, the lady hung up on me. I support Clear Eye and Optical all the way!

Great reception but blurry exit...?. I would have liked the exam to go a little slower . because I felt rushed.He simply asked what my old rx was and bam ..he wrote the exact same thing. . I would not recommend this place at all.!! My contacts arent strong enough. I didnt tell them because I DID tell them about two packs of contacts being dried out and I was asked to bring them in for an exchange? I threw them out. I didnt save two dried up lenses. I believe the doctor is a new graduate. I just wish I hadnt been rushed and I would get what I needed. Clear vision. 🤓

I took my son for an eye exam the girls at the front were very nice and friendly but once we got to the exam room the Dr was rude as hell. My son was trying to read the letters to himself to see if he could read them better with option 1 or 2 the Dr told him it was not a reading competition. I dont recommend this place if you are looking for a doctor to explain more in my case as to what is best for astigmatism glasses or contacts

I was good i went there because i needed glasses. They were very nice, and they gave me the perfect prescription i needed, thanks!!! My sister in law used to work there they used to call her little b. She recommended it.

****Edit**** Im editing my review back to 5 stars. TSO got a new doctor who is great! As always the staff is kind and accommodating and they finally have a doctor who is kind and intelligent just like Dr. Banks was.

Everyone was friendly and very professional, from the front desk employees to the Optometrist.

I LOVE TSO!!!!
