Nice store! Great customer service

Most of the clothes arent really my style, but I really do appreciate having at least a little bit of inclusive sizing! Most boutique type stores dont have that. Would only reccommend expanding on that.

This sweet boutique is set up in a cute, old house made over perfectly to suit the merchandise displayed. I wanted to buy one, or even two of everything. Who ever does the merchandising has not just a good eye, but good taste as well. The clothes are unique, the accessories are distinctive and quirky. The vibrant colors and smart fashion design have provided a subtle transformation to my wardrobe. They have a wide range if sizes to accommodate everyone. Lovely!

Amazing customer service! Always the latest and greatest styles! The owner has built this business from the ground up and her hard work shows. Its a breath of fresh air. Love going inside just to browse or to find the perfect outfit and accessories. Im guaranteed to walk in to smiling faces ready to help and people who truly love their job!

Shopped at this business at previous locations for the last 5 years, at least. They have a new location with the coolest flooring youve ever seen in your life! Katie and her staff are great and the clothes are super funky cool. Love the clothes, love the ladies who run this place!

I have been coming to Back at the Ranch since 2009. Seriously, forever. They have the cutest clothes and accessories and there is always a reason for me to stay at least an hour! Katie and her team have helped me with custom items (my daughters rhinestone baby blocks - the CUTEST!!) As well as others (stickers, a rhinestoned hat). I have always received the best costumer service and these gals truly have a passion for fashion. She has been in this business a long time and is one of the most creative people I know! Love this store and the people!!

Always an adorable shop and great atmosphere! I have jewelry, sunglasses, and clothes from there that have lasted me years! The new spot is amazing and you can tell the owners and workers have really put their heart into the entire business. They also let me pick out and created an adorable vinyl cup decal that I get constant compliments on! Fantastic family business!

Horrible customer service skills, I went in, to get help with my graduation cap after calling in advance to make sure someone was going to be available. I arrived and I was never greeted when I came in. The worker was on her phone the entire time. Stood at the counter and she never welcomed nor asked if I needed help. After she continued to stay on the phone, I decided to browse the shop, after about 10 mintutes she still remained on the phone. She was was unhelpful so I decided to leave.As a follower on their Instagram account I commented & they replied politely, saying they were going to make it right. After I gave them my response, saying I was just going to continue with my graduation cap myself, they deleted me and blocked me from their Instagram account. Honestly when looking for a professional and costumer related business this is not what I would expect and they have forever lost my business for their immature act of deleting me and thus this review.

I have been shopping here since 2008 when I started at TSU!!!! They have always been polite, helpful and the store always smells sooooooo yummy and seriously who cannot fall INLOVE with their glitter FLOOR!! She also carries PLUS clothing which most boutiques in Stephenville DONT !!! This is a must go to place for sure!!
