Very disappointed in my experience. Went to look at a tractor. Spoke to a salesman belive named kirk. The description of this machine was absolutely not as described and pretty dishonest. Was described as having very little wrong with it to actually having major issues. Id just guess if a person was selling tractors might be a good idea to know something about them. I heard I dont know more than getting straight answers. I do not recommend this place to anyone. I left there feeling lied too.

Have used Bramlett several times to repair both of my John Deere riding mowers. They are reliable & trustworthy. Good customer service. Robert is an outstanding mechanic & makes sure that he does what is necessary to get your machine up and running. They have earned my confidence & loyalty.

Very disappointed with this John Deere Dealership. I offer full listed asking price ($84,500) on a used 6145M John Deere tractor and they immediately tell me that the price just increased $3k ($87,500) and they know wont take any less.

What a sad and difficult experience! I am not a “big buyer.” Just called as there was a used mower listed for sale online. Called on a Friday and spoke with a salesman. Told me he needed to jump the battery and call me back. Didn’t happen even after numerous messages left in his voicemail box. Called me back the next day advising he was “too busy” to call me the day before. Now said hydraulics issue and no mechanics available. Would call me Monday with update. No calls Mon/Tue/Wed. I called Thursday to ask why he had not called? “Just got busy” was the response. Now advises problem was just a fuse, mower was ready, and he had checked the mowing operation himself. Belt was kicked off but shop would have it ready tomorrow. Called on Friday to confirm ready and price agreed upon. Yes. Drove up from Waco to retrieve it. He collected my money first, then walked out to mower with me to load onto trailer. Mechanic check revealed minor brake lock issue. Salesman left. I started it to load and discovered engine surge without idle. Salesman found again then he drove it to the shop. Told me specifically the shop had changed the oil and cleaned the fuel shut-off solenoid. Salesman returned again to advise the fuel shut-off solenoid was out of place within the carburetor due to the pin sticking but… they “(HAD) THE NEW PART in stock” and the mechanic was replacing it. Said the oil was changed again due to the mixing of the gas and oil. A while later, as we began loading the mower onto my trailer, a very nice man (who I found later was the mechanic who had worked on the mower) came out and offered to assist. During conversation with him about the mower in general, it was mentioned they did NOT HAVE THE NEW PART so he had only been able to remove the solenoid, clean it, then put it back in. Was I lied to by the salesman? Upon returning home and trying to test the mower, it became clear it had not been fixed. After all was said and done, I had to order a new fuel shut-off solenoid, fuel pump, fuel filter, and fuel lines. I drained out over ¾ gallon of oil from the crankcase. I ended up flushing and draining the crankcase, installing OEM air filter, oil filter, and adding 1.9 quarts of oil. It began to run correctly. Was there damage done to the engine by it being run with engine oil diluted with fuel? Don’t know. I mailed a letter outlining the entire situation to Todd Bramlett but, after over a month, have heard nothing back. No call. No apology. It is clear I just don’t matter. So… unless you are a BIG BUYER for Bramlett, I would be cautious about doing business there. The statement on their web site reading “Our customers are more than just customer, they’re family.” is not at all true in my opinion.

As my local John Deere dealership in Hudson Oaks closed couple years ago, I very badly needed help with a leaking steering box on my JD 5510...I called Service Mgr. at the Stephenville JD Dealership for help and was told it would probably be a little more than a week before they could have someone out to help me...Told them OK as I had to have the help and repairs.....After 3 weeks I called about my status and was told the Ser. Mgr. was not in and probably would not be anytime soon, so I asked to speak with the Dealership owner or Manager...He, Donnie Bramblett, called me back and i asked him if he could give me some time frame of when I might could expect the promised help from them, and he told me he could not...I then asked him if he felt his customers having to wait more than 3 weeks for service was appropriate and he stated that even twice that long couldnt be helped....I asked him if he did not see a problem with a dealership providing that kind of service....,No answer...I would be very wary about buying from this dealership if that is their attitude about good service after the sale...Right now, middle of July, I need to be buying my 20 round bales of hay for the coming winter and turning my garden and fields under, but cannot as my tractor dealership does not employ enough people to handle the needs of their customers, and my tractor is sitting broke down...A side note to this posted comment..I did call the dealership last Friday, again the Ser. Mgr. not around, but one of the Ladies in the office told me Your name is still on the board George as needing service but cant tell you anything else ...I suspect small Town politics are involved, Mr. Brambletts buddies, or friends, or local important people are worked in ahead of those non important ordinary people like me and others....I now certainly understand why you see so many of the painted orange tractors and equipment around.....Kubota must give better service....Like autos, I will not buy or deal with a dealership that does not give me good service, and feel others feel the same as I.....As stated above, this dealership does not give good service to its customers...Wants the sales, but doesnt want to give service.....al least to me anyway....In looking at your past responses to unfavorable reviews of your buisness, please do not again post the lame generic comment to this one with the please reach out to us as you seem to do with all the others....and also, Your Covid response is very lame also, you didnt have enough help before this started, so blaming Covid problems now is just an excuse for sorry service..

Bought a used UTV there yesterday and am seriously regretting it. The whole experience was bad. I had spoken to them about it on the phone, and because it was going to be a 3 hour drive I specifically asked them if it had been thoroughly checked out and if there were any problems. They told me it was in great shape and everything worked. I told them I was 95% sure I would take it, and asked if they would go ahead and fill the tires and change the oil. They agreed, since if I didn’t take it they could add that to the price. This was mid-afternoon on Thursday. When I arrived the next morning it was still back in the shop, oil had not been changed but they said everything else was done. Tried to start it up, dead battery. Waited for them to put another one in. Once it had power, started it and started trying everything. Power bed dump didn’t work. Started to walk away then, and should have, but they offered to knock another $500 off price. After much research found that was about the cost of the part. So drove it and tried everything else. A lot of the wiring had disconnected, so couldn’t test some of the lights but wasn’t too concerned with that. Then discovered fuel level sending unit was bad. After several hours of negotiating and having small things fixed, I loaded it up. It was the only small diesel UTV I had found in my price range. But when I got home my husband discovered even more wrong, including that the sidewall of one tire had been plugged. They definitely should have seen this when filling the tires and should have informed me.I feel they were very dishonest, told me it had been checked and everything worked, which was obviously false. It is going to cost me around $1000 to get everything working as it should. Really wish I had gone with my first instinct and walked away, but I had already spent the time and diesel to get there and really liked the way it was set up.

My husband and I have found this company to be very dishonest and unethical in their business practices. We were told by the service manager, Brent, he would pay us a price for our mower. After renting a trailer and driving 2 1/2 hours to get there, he didnt even speak with my husband. He referred him to Mr Bramlett. Between Mr Bramlett and Brent we lost about $1000 dollars. I would not recommend doing business with this company because of their dishonesty and unethical business practices.
