I took my car to the service center for my A/C, they told me it would cost $380.00 not including the recharge. I took my vehicle in 2 years prior and paid them $400.00 however this time I told them not to fix a gear on the heater/A/C door under the dash and just to recharge the A/C they said they wouldnt recharge the A/C without doing the gear on a wind flow door. Well I said no and went to Harbor Freight and purchased a $25.00 bottle of Freon and that fixed it. It is obvious that the service people get a commission. I also took my vehicle in for a computer error that said misfire cylinder 1 misfire and paid $300.00 to have that fixed and 9 months later the computer said the same thing. KORF IS DISHONEST IN THERE SERVICE DEPT. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. I saved over $400.00 dollars just by A simple recharge of the A/C...!!!!!

I went to Korf looking for a used vehicle and was approached by Tony Peckham and I must say this gentleman did everything he could and jump through every hoop and obstacle presented to him to get me lined up with a vehicle and Bryan in Finance worked his wonders to get all of the Lender’s requirements taken care of and Matt in Parts provided me with everything I requested and the GM Josh was very polite and a breeze to work with also. At no time did I feel the big town salesman pressure. If you need a vehicle go down there and talk to Tony for your vehicle and talk with Bryan with financing and talk to Matt for parts and at least say hi to Josh the General Mgr. also. They are truly a big dealer with small town mentality that goes out of their way to treat their prospective clients with true care and attention.

We lost a wheel from our Jeep on I-76 just into CO on our way from Wisconsin one morning. We were convinced that we would be spending an extra night in a hotel waiting for repairs. Got towed to Korf around 1pm. They got the new lug studs, changed out the full sized spare and got us back on the road before the end of business! Thanks guys! You saved our hides.

To find the quality of service and people that you have at Korf Motors is amazing. I stop through on vacation. In a rental vehicle needing assistance.Nowhere else in town could I find anybody that would help.I arrived at 5:30 to find Tony, Ted and a service technician still working. They address my issue and had me back on the road in 30 minutes.Sure it may just been a fuse but it was a lifesaver for me!I can’t thank them enough for going the extra mile for someone traveling thru.Thanks

Traveling from Michigan to California in our Ram 2500 and pulling a 40 foot travel trailer with kids and dogs. We had a system warning on I-80 that wouldve limited us to 5 mph. The service tech agreed to stay late, diagnosed it as bad DEF, and had us back on the road in an hour.Life savers!! Thanks again.Tim and family

I went in to get the oil changed in my jeep that I had just bought and on the way home it did the death wobble so we rode it home and then they tralered it back and it is still is in the shop but is looking better and better every saturday I go thank you so so much I love my jeep!

Was on a road trip in my EV and didnt have enough battery to make it to my destination. These guys let me plug in at 740am to get the juice needed to keep goin. Life savers, would have had to tow otherwise. Thank you so much Korf motors!!!

After having my Jeep all day, they call me and say Im going to be charged double because there was so much rust under my car that several bolts broke and they were having trouble getting the job done. My brother just had my Jeep up on a lift 8 days ago, and several of us, yes I was helping, were underneath for an oil change. The Jeep is clean, no excess rust of any kind. I doubt they used penitravtive oil and heat on the bolts, like every alignment tech knows to do..... I am not ignorant when it comes to vehicles, as a female I do most of my own repairs. Now my Jeep pulls to the right. I am not impressed and I will NEVER take a vehicle there again.

They let me down again. Last year I tried to get a mirror from them. I told them that it is expensive because I have bought one before. I told them to get it. A week went by I called to see if it was there. Of course they didnt order it. So now today I had a recall done. Once I picked it up I noticed a large chunk out of the trim inside the car. They didnt tell me they broke anything. I went back in and told them. They wanted to get a new piece for it but Im done I cant deal with them anymore.

Korf in Yuma is great they will help you any time and they are pretty good to be done when they say they will .but Sterling Korf is bad they dont have stuff done when they say they will .Tell you the technician have to do some different jobs first .even when you made a appointment a week before. Take your vehicle to Yuma those guys will treat you right.

I have made two appointments for service at Korf. The first time was for an oil change and to see why my car alarm randomly goes off. Showed up for my first appointment and waited in the waiting room for almost two hours. Checked in with the service guys to see how much longer and they hadn’t even started looking at my alarm. Said they got backed up. I live an hour away and couldn’t wait another few hours for them to try and figure it out. They said it could be an hour before they even got to it. I had to get home so I left knowing Id have to take another day off soon to reschedule and spend more gas money driving to Sterling.Second time I had an appointment to get my hatch button looked at as it doesn’t close when pushed. Got there at my appointment time and I was asked if I was staying or coming back. I said I’d go have lunch and come right back. I came back two and a half hours later to find they hadn’t even started on it or pulled my car in the garage. Yet again...they wanted me to wait longer or reschedule but I had to get home for work. So another wasted trip to Sterling and gas money spent for nothing.If someone makes an appointment, would be nice if you could honor that time!

My husband and I came in we were greeted immediately by Dane Korf. He was very knowledgeable and very friendly. We sat down discussed what we wanted and went on test drives. Dane was very patient and willing to work with us and our 2 kids. We were very impressed with the dealership and the salesmen. Our Ford Raptor broke down in Sterling. We had it towed to Korf to have it fixed. The folks at Korf were kind, professional and got us back on the road in no time. Absolutely awful car buying experience at the new sterling location! The salesman was doing everything in her power to make a reasonable deal, only to get blasted by the sales manager for trying to come to a compromise. The sales manager could barely stay off his phone long enough to talk to her about the deal. He never attempted to even come talk to me or introduce himself. I ended up going and finding my own financing and had to do all the leg work myself. Ive purchased several vehicles here over the past 10 years and the staff has gone above and beyond to be reasonable. That is gone with this location. Spread the word to your family and friends about this place and save them the hassle. Ive recommended them for years but that comes to a stop today!

My husband is a hotshot driver, and was experiencing truck problems about 50 miles away from Corf Dodge and Chrysler. He called and they said if he could make it, they would take a look at the codes his truck was popping. They got him in right away, figured out that his fuel was geling. They cleared the code and sent him on his way. Great, knowledgeable and friendly staff, Nate was the one to help him. Thank you!!

Called before going in and explained my situation was told they could most likely get me a deal. Again reiterated everything when I got there. Was presented with an outlandish downpayment of 3 months salary. Advised for that I could buy a nice used car outright, and thanked them. Wish they would have been upfront instead of wasting over an hour of everyones time, especially since I was completely upfront with them including giving them my credit score.

At first after a few problems I had with a recently purchased vehicle and considering the contract was As Is the manager Tony not only listened to my concerns and complaints he addressed them and has arranged for the issues to be fixed. I am absolutely shocked. Most dealerships take advantage of an opportunity to screw over their customers. And I was honestly expecting this to happen at Korf. I was shocked and I am just super happy! Thanks Tony and Korf for going the extra mile for me. And a special thanks to Irene Melendez who assisted with the purchase of my vehicle.

Dealership does NOT accept payments (DM notes) from JEEP customer care warranties. They will charge you out of pocket even though JEEP tries to pay them. WORST dealership in town. I reccomend anyplace but KORF.

Not recommended to visit this dealership!The manager and financial person, both are very rude and does not respect their customers. No customer value, and does not look like a dealership to me. Waste of time and they do not have a great inventory.also, they wont update you when your application is process, whether its declined or approved. Very negative experience.

My husband called about a Ford Ranger they have listed, the guy that answered the phone acted like he didnt want to be bothered and said they sold it. We see its still being advertised. Whats up with that? Guess well take our business to the front range!

I absolutely loathe the car buying experience and this location just reinforced it. VERY shady business practices. Very happy with the vehicle VERY unhappy with interaction after the sale. Completely incompetent when handling 2 minuscule paint chips on the bumper before applying the complete and total joke xylon treatment. (They were never touched up as promised) We have our suspicions this all wonderful xylon was never applied to the interior as it has not lived up to the grandiose sales pitch we received. Plus the car had a mysterious scratch on it when we got it back and odd drips and runs in a thick clear coat. Bugs seemed to just stick in it. It was horrible. We lost all confidence in the service department at this point and requested certain service contracts be terminated and credited to our loan as we would never let them touch the car again. We were told it would be done and it has been approximately 7 WEEKS and have yet to see that credit to our loan. Empty promises. Have lost all confidence in the rest of your organization. Really KORF? You just keep showing your true colors..and they arent pretty.
